Great, but edges are chipped and peeling
I love the design of the products I've purchased, but the edges of some of the cooking pans have started to chipping and peeling off fairly early during ownership.

Thank you for your feedback and the nice words about our products. The black coating around the edges should not chip off. I need to ask you if you put our cookware into the dishwasher and if you use any pan protector when you store it. The problem you are reporting could also be due to a defective coating application. So, to correctly understand what is happening to the products you bought we need to investigate more about this issue. You wrote the same comment both for the Grill Pan both for the Frying Pan Set, and I cannot understand which one of them presented the problem around the edges. Amazing quality pots and pans, the best money I've ever spent. Honestly. The handles are genius, the material is high quality and scratch resistant (it's endured cat claws by accident once). I was so excited to use my Ausker
I was so excited to use my Ausker. After a few months, I already noticed some scraping on the bottom and some material that has chipped off. I guess nothing is as good as cast iron still.

I am sorry for the problem you are experiencing with our products, and I am sorry you did not write to us before reporting this problem. I can imagine it was quite annoying to deal with this unpleasant issue without the support of our customer service. Our coating consists of a five-layer nonstick coating, reinforced by ceramic scratch proof particles that can endure any intense use.
For this reason the problem you experienced it is infrequent. Anyway, this issue can be due to many different factors (overhealing, aggressive detergent, washing cycles with high temperature, improper use in the oven or the microwave, defective coating application..). It is not possible to understand what happened, here, without having a look at any picture. I am sorry you did not write to us before, allowing us to understand what happened and to help you. We would have loved to provide you the best support as possible. We honestly care about our customer' satisfaction, and we always try to help those customers that report us a problem. These are my favorite pans to cook with. I have replaced 1 due to a defect and 1 due to my wife ruining it & never regretted it once!

Got great cook pots from them
Got great cook pots from them. There are some minor scratching issues that should not be so easy given the coating, but for what little issue that is, the pots are some of the best I have ever had (vs AllClad or Paderno).
Are they the perfect pot? Nope.
Would I recommend them? Certainly.

5 Stars: Cares about their product AND their customers
I backed this project on Indiegogo when they initially launched it and I've been using their pans and pots everyday since then ! They are really sturdy, high quality and worth much more than their price.
They also have an excellent customer service, which is awesome!
I would recommend this company any day!

The product is superior to any I have used. I have been using them daily for over a year and the performance and convenience have suffered no degradation. I will definitely be buying Ausker in the future, if the need arises, instead of my usual overpriced, underperforming choices.

Good pans. Even heating and very easy cleaning. Even though we don't use the removable handle feature, it's a nice idea. I do notice the top rims are starting to wear, probably due to how we store the pans.
