This seller is a scammer
This seller is a scammer. I lost about 1000e because of this seller! Also lost lots of time and nerves!
I bought an exhaust pipe for a Volkswagen T4 van, paid 625e. There were problems since the beginning. At first seller gave wrong information of the payment and because of that I sent the payment to the wrong place! After that seller promised to send the item in couple days and to send tracking number. After 2 weeks has gone and neither tracking number nor the item came, I contacted seller and got the answer item is not sent!
The item came. We installed the pipe. It has 4 defects! It has leakage and 3 hangers of the pipe are so skewed, in completely wrong position! This will surely destroy the rubber exhaust hangers! The exhaust pipe does not have space for flexibility because of that!
I contacted the seller - seller never answered. When I made a dispute to PayPal seller answered but did not refund us anything!
The worst experience in my life!
I am contacting now police of Garbsen and consumer authority of Germany! I am so stressed because of this scam, that I can soon get to hospital and this company will refund me the defective item, shipping and causing problems with health! You can not ship defective items and take hundreds of euro for that!!!
I would never recommend this seller! Buy somewhere else and save your money, health and time!
