I first ordered a pair of the Starfish flip flops for myself - they greatly alleviate my capsulitis-related discomfort.
Then ordered another pair for my husband, which had to be exchanged to be sized up. In this case Customer Service were very prompt and responsive.

Super comfy!
Excellent! The most expensive flip flops I’ve ever owned- but so comfy and a lovely colour-lime green streaked with blue. As long as they last…well worth it! Our dogs love them too, which worries me a bit!
