Not recommended and would not buy again

I literally agree with all these reviews. This site is a scam site and should be banned in australia. No refunds, low quality. Terrible! I feel like an idiot for not checking the site before, but you don't expect this in Au.

Bad quality and misleading by using the word Aussie in the name. Not to mention website says its based in the US. Comes out of China and the material is cheap and thin enough to be see through.

I received a blazer purchased for my mother in November 2025. Firstly, the colour wasn't what I chose and the quality was extremely poor. I've tried to contact them numerous times to receive a refund without any response from them.
They are scammers who take your money, send you cheap goods and then you never from them again.
This company and their sister company Sandstone Boutique, should be shut down! Stay away from them.

This company is a scam company. The items are not as described, and they do not offer any returns or refunds even though their website says they will. They are not a legitimate company

They shipped my item to my billing address instead of the shipping address I provided and didn’t refund my money. The suit was for a deceased family member to be buried in and it was shipped after the funeral. I contacted them about a refund and they haggled with me about giving me a partial refund before the item was shipped instead of my FULL refund. They were not helpful during this process. I can’t say what the quality of the item is since I never received it.

I should have read reviews on Aussietrek before ordering because it seems I'm not alone. Ordered a jacket and followed along with the tracking for 3 weeks, which I thought was a long time but since it was before the Christmas season I wasn't too worried. Finally I was notified it was delivered at midnight on a Sunday - immediately checked and the package was nowhere to be seen. Reached out to customer service and ensued a patronizing back and forth for two weeks where they assured it was delivered and refused to help any further. I have finally given up. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere you can trust.

The name Aussietrek and its shipping address within Australia implies that this is an Australian company, and as such, subject to Australian consumer law. This not the case; the company is located overseas and ships its products from China though a distribution centre in Chullora NSW. The product I ordered, advertised as an 'elegant wool coat for men' made from 'a premium wool blend', was an inferior product made from 70% polyester. Although I ordered size XL, the coat was so small it would barely fit a teenage boy. I returned the coat to to Chullora address and emailed the company to ask for a full refund. In the exchange of emails that followed, Aussietrek continued to refuse a full refund. After negotiation by email, the most they would offer is a 30% refund. This is a scam for dumping poor quality products on unsuspecting customers in Australia, hoping that the cost of returning an item to China and negligible chances of getting a refund for a returned item will discourage duped customers from going to the trouble of trying to get their money back.

I ordered the Olivea spacious cross body bag from aussietrek.
The bag is not at all what is pictured/described on the site, which is deliberately misleading. The bag is much much smaller than described, has ugly plastic hardware and cheap noisy material.
The returns process is designed to make it a waste of time and money to try and get a refund.
Do not purchase from this site.

Absolutely scam business. The clothes is cheap and the website images are AI. They charge a lot of money for poor qulaity. They refused to refund

Awful experience dealing with a return. Multiple emails with the company only wanting to refund 10, 20, then 30% of what I paid. The jacket was not as described and doesn’t fit American d at sizing standards. Do not buy from this company.

My experience with this company has been overwhelmingly negative and feels indistinguishable from a scam. They kept my money while sending items that were unusable, and the so-called “exceptions” they claim to make never resolved anything. The replacements also did not fit, sent wrong size and they still refused to issue a refund.Polite apologies mean nothing when a customer receives no usable product. I am documenting my full experience so others can make an informed decision. I strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution. I wish I checked reviews before purchasing as I see I am not alone. There should be a law against this type of business and they should definitely not be allowed to use “Aussietrek” as this too is deceiving … So disappointed.

Couldn't find what material the polo shirt was made from on the website but looked good so ordered it. When it arrived turns out it's shiny polyester - not what it looked like at all, and for the price of something of better quality

This company needs to be banned from doing business in Australia. My experience started in July 2025 and is not yet resolved. (November 2025)
I purchased a 'down' puffer jacket for $149.
When it arrived it clearly was not filled with down. It was also much to small. It would not do up. I usually take a small but this small was rediculous.
When I requested to send it back for a refund they refused initially - after a number of emails they offered a partial credit to buy something else and eventually a small refund. I persisted that I wanted a full refund with postage at their expense as the item was not as advertised. Refused.
In the end I sent it back with tracking and it is apparently stuck at customs. Customs apparently requires more information about the contents of the parcel and Australia Post tells me that customs has requested info from Aussietrek about the item but have not received a response thus the parcel has not been released. I have tried to call Chinese Customs but the call is never answered. Without the item being received by Aussietrek there is no refund.
This is not inline with what they advertising about returns on their website - so another misrepresentation (as well as the item not being as described).
I consider their business dealings to be illegal and potentially criminal.
I hope very much that I will be able to achieve something useful in preventing this scamming company from taking people in Australia for a ride. I am starting with contacting CIS Vic
I suggest you do not buy from this company ever!

Very poor quality, item did not look like the picture at all. They would not provide a refund. Offered shop credit but only 50% of the amount spent - just a way to make you spend more money. Stay away.

Quality is poor and size guide is ridiculous. Refund request on item is being refused. Item was tried on once, deemed way too big and email sent that same afternoon. Everything falling well within their policy.

I bought a yellow rainbow tshirt…I have to say it came within 2 weeks which wasn’t too bad but the difference between what was on the website and what I actually received is an absolute joke. Nothing like I ordered. Wouldn’t recommend this site at all.

Tracking does not work. First order was marked as delivered but was not. Replacement sent tracking was not working as well but eventually received. Items quality is pretty poor. Cheap, non breathable and the zipper is very cheap-will possibly cut me. Pretty sure will have to ditch after first wash

The hiking backpack has excellent back support and the hip belt distributes weight well. Plenty of compartments for organization and the materials feel rugged.
