Poor customer service, items arrived a month and a half late, maybe australian based but asia sent items, Not fully to description....way smaller in size...asked for refund...told NO REFUND.
Definatley keep away from this mob. Large vest for Aussie...is large....for Asia born ppl its like small.
20 liter cross over back pack...joke....2 credit cards and maybe 2 x 500 mil water.....

I do not recommend this company at all. I ordered 2 jackets in a mens large and after taking a month to arrive, they were no where near the measurements on the listing and 1 had a broken zipper. After emailing, John Dhee replies and pretends to be sorry but would not offer a full refund unless i returned the items to China at my cost. Absolutely disgraceful. He then offered 30% refund. Luckily I contact Amex and sent all correspondence and photos and I was refunded in full. Do not trust this business.

Not an Australian shop. Everything from China. Says 4 to 9 business day delivery. Took 40+ days and lots of emails. Paid $140. Later found it on Temu for $20. Offered $20% refund. Declined. Then offered 30%, also declined. I sent it back to address they provided for full refund. It's been in customs in China for a month. And now I believe the business has disappeared. Just disgusting.

False advertising not Aussie made at all ordered large men warm pants arrived 2 months later and the size was like for a child didn’t give a refund just 20% back scam scam scam stay away from this brand.

Ordered a backpack for my daughter, upon arrival i could see that it was poorly made. Within one week of use it had ripped apart. Company will not offer a refund for a faulty product. (Only 10% of almost $80 spent!) Is definitely not an australian company despite the name. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

As above - scam site. Looks legit , prices aren't cheap enough to look suspicious, but once they take payment (via credit card) they wont leave any charge back tokens with the bank.
Long wait , misleading emails. Garment arrives and it is falsely labelled. Measurements dont line up with size chart (10 -15cm out of whack)
Lots of placatory emails from someone called Jhon. At that point I no longer wished to share any details with this mob. Avoid.

A great basic to have in the wardrobe. I wear it multiple times a week.

Ordered on June 20 and receive my order on 29 July!!
Don’t let the name fool you, they are not based on Australia .

Although Jhon Dee responds well to emails, the phone is blocked. I received the item in a month, not 5 days, and then when I tried to get a full refund, they could only provide a weird Chinese address with a contact person written in Chinese. LOL. They offered a partial refund instead. I am still dealing with them. This is fraudulent!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Ordered 4 weeks ago and nothing has even been shipped. They use a made up name Jhon Dee and say there are backlogs with their logistics team. Should have done my research in advance. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I should have known better and check on Trustpilot but they pretend to be an Australian company based in Sydney. I ordered a month ago and still nothing has been delivered. I contacted the company which I found out is in China and got explanations that they have a backlog at the manufacturer and also delays with the courier. I asked for a refund and am waiting for their reply, though I don't get my hopes up.The phone number in Sydney rings out. Next time I check before I order.

I got caught, definitely a scam, oh well we live & learn. Don't order you'll never get the item.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It is a scam. You will not receive your item. It claims to be an Australian company based in Sydney. As soon as I paid for my item, I noticed a cross border charge. All "delivery" is from China. I haven't received my jacket and at this point, I am not hopeful. I'll be following up with my bank.

This is clearly a scam website. I paid $150 for a jacket and the tracking information still shows shipping information received. It hasn’t been shipped yet and they’re sending it from China despite promises that it’s coming from NSW. According to them they can’t cancel it because it’s in transit, which it clearly isn’t.

Item still hasn't arrived and its been 3 weeks, its still in processing

Absolutely jump off a bridge onto tarmac might fix the problem I don't know how else should a scamming low down dogs not even in the country wished me happy birthday and all I bet they found that funny well one day that 107$ you stole from me will come back to bite you ya little barstards

We believe this is a scam website. Phones do not dial, emails are coming from overseas, order has not been delivered.

This business claims to be Australian and the website includes an Australian address but does not show their ABN. I ordered from them more than 6 weeks ago and according to their tracking, my order hasn’t even been collected by the courier in China. I have written to them multiple times requesting a refund but they write back from various email addresses saying that I can only seek a refund if the goods are faulty. Starting to think that this could be a scam website.
