Another great experience with purchasing wedding rings, coming back after previously purchasing an engagement ring. My ring needed a resize and the whole process has been fantastic yet again. Kieran has looked after me from the very start with the engagement ring, right through to the resize of my wedding ring. A brief interaction with Georgea while Kieran was out of office was also extremely positive. All in all I would highly recommend!

Kieran is your man to contact.
Excellent customer service provided by Kieran to such an extent that is very rare these days. He was very knowledgeable, gave me lots of advice and willing to assist with anything I threw at him. We constantly emailed back and forth and he was very friendly and patient. We closed the transaction via email within 24 hours.
I’ve not seen the end product yet, but so far 5-star.

Absolutely perfect experience when buying engagement ring and wedding rings. Georgea was so knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel relaxed and all staff members were so welcoming. The ability to be able to choose all aspects of the rings and ensure they are correct sizes and designs was brilliant. I recently purchased a ring from Diamonds Factory UK, and my experience was fantastic from start to finish.
The customer service I received online was amazing. I had a few queries that were addressed on the spot, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me with my order.
I particularly want to highlight the assistance I received from Kieran. He guided me through the whole process, from placing my order to picking up the ring in person from the store. Kieran answered all my questions, helped me with the payment, and ensured everything went smoothly until the ring was in my hands.
