They made it so easy from start to finish! Perfect communication! I didn’t have a clue about diamonds beforehand and they walked me through the whole process to the point I felt super knowledgeable about them. We visited this jewellers in Chester last Friday. My husband had arranged a surprise appointment for me to choose a new engagement ring for my up coming 50th birthday. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Jean & Mariana were so attentive, they made us feel really special! Prosecco was flowing which was lovely.
