Good appointment availability which is easy to arrange. Lovely enthusiastic lady greeted us upon arrival. Clean and spacious shop no hustle and bustle. Good experience
We visited the Chester store looking for our wedding bands. Georgea explained A&Bs approach to jewlerry which we appreciated. They had an amazing selection for us to try on - all of the ones I’d seen online were available. Georgea was fantastic at giving feedback on which band complimented my ring and she kindly sent us a link to each of our options via email.
I’ve since ordered my wedding band. Look forward to it arriving.

Brilliant service and beautiful jewellery
I’ve used Austen Blake several times now and already planning the next purchase.
Staff are always helpful and prices are reasonable, but mostly I appriciate that you can basically have your jewellery made however you like which is hard to come by.
