Amazing customer service from Georgea
Amazing customer service from Georgea. After hours of walking around Chester looking at engagement rings we walked into to Austen & Blake and was greeted by Georgea who was friendly, kind, professional and showed lovely empathy when my fiancé started to get overwhelmed. 2 visits and 4 hours later she picked her ring and she absolutely loves it. Thank you Georgea, definitely be returning to buy the wedding rings.

Fantastic experience - highly recommend Georgea
Recently engaged and my partner booked us an appointment at Austen & Blake following a recommendation. From the moment we entered the Chester store we were greeted by friendly staff and a lovely shop!
Our appointment was with the lovely Georgea who was absolutely amazing. As someone who found ring shopping overwhelming, georgea completely put me at ease. She’s knowledgeable, listens to what you like/dislike and has the patience of a saint. We booked to return the following day to confirm my ring order as I felt I needed some time to make a final decision and Georgea was completely understanding, no peer pressure at all! Felt like I was talking to a friend and genuinely made our ring shopping experience. I couldn’t be happier with my ring and will definitely be returning to Chester for our wedding rings. Even though there are stores closer, we would rather return to Chester to see Georgea as I know the experience will be a great one!
Georgea has followed up with me since receiving my ring, to check in and ensure I was happy once the ring had been made, genuinely best customer service and after care I’ve ever received!

Jean at A&B and the team were amazing to deal with, my partner is over the moon with her engagement ring. The store had a very large range of made to order styles and diamonds which smashed the competition. Will be back for the wedding ring!

Brilliant experience

Quite simply brilliant service
Quite simply brilliant service. My partner wanted a Lab Grown Solitaire diamond ring and of the 5 Chester shops that we visited Austen Blake was the only who offered a truly bespoke service. All options were fully and clearly explained and we were taken through the design and specification process beautifully and we duly placed our order at a very reasonable price. The completed ring arrived as scheduled 4 weeks later and really is quite something to behold. The diamond's sparkle has to be seen to be believed. The ring is very beautiful.

We were looking for a Solitaire ring…
We were looking for a Solitaire ring and had decided that a lab grown diamond would be the ideal route to follow. Chester was a convenient place to visit and we pin-pointed 5 stores to visit for our search. As it happened Austen Blake were the first and gave us a good insight into what we could expect from lab grown diamonds which proved to be really helpful. However we continued our journey around the other stores bu they only seemed to offer items held in stock. So a return to Austen Blake beckoned. They were the only store to offer a bespoke service. So with their expert help we designed and specified the ring we wanted guided by their very expert advice. In all of this the assistance of Jean and her colleague was invaluable Both were charming, outgoing and obviously pleased to offer the best service possible. The bespoke ring was delivered on schedule 4 weeks later and we are delighted. It is gorgeous. The price paid was pretty good too! Our only regret in writing this review is that we have forgotten the name of our initial contact so apologies to her and, again many thanks to Jean

Very good experience
My partner and I had a really good experience at the Chester store. Georgea was really helpful and made the process easy throughout. I saw a ring that I liked online which did not completely match any of their designs. Georgea had the bespoke team design a ring that matched my preferences and we are now waiting for the ring to be delivered.
