What an amazing store, great value and range of rings! We had our appointments with Fergus who was so fun to talk to and really attentive. He truly heard us and what we wanted and picked the best rings for us to try - picked our wedding bands on less than 30 mins with his help!

My fiancé and I visited Austen & Blake on our search for wedding bands. We met with Fergus who was very attentive, listened carefully to our ideas and was super friendly (and happy to indulge our humour!). We came out of our appointment with two beautiful rings. Thank you Fergus and the Leeds team.

Fergus made the whole process very easy, incredibly personable and followed up our initial appointment with an email and key information, would and have already recommended this branch off the back of the dealings I have had there.

Charlotte from Austen and Blake was really lovely. She was very helpful and knowledgable in helping us find our wedding bands. The team at Leeds were all very friendly and made the visit enjoyable. They answered all our questions and were utterly fab! Thank you again Charlotte!

We had a lovely experience with Fergus was from start to finish! He assisted us very well and gave very helpful advice when it comes to choosing the right wrdding ring that will complement my engagement ring. Came here with my husband to pick an eternity ring. Gabrielle was our assistant she was absolutely lovely and very chatty. Drinks were offered. The shop is set out well and the experience is very personal. Thank you Gabrielle absolutely love my ring.

The team in Leeds were great. They helped us pick the most beautiful ring. I think Nicky the store manager was the sales representative who went through the ring options with my partner and gave her great advice when it came to deciding on a size, colour and clarity.

Really great experience choosing our wedding bands, personal experience and knew what to get us to try on. Offered Prosecco after we had chosen, and even gave us a small additional discount !

My fiancé surprised me with the appointment at the store and Charlotte was lovely, patient and very accommodating to help us choose my Engagement ring ♥️thank you for your time. Looking forward to returning ✨

Katy was extremely knowledgeable, & patient and explained all the options available after listening to all our questions & request’s.
There was no pressure whatsoever which we particularly appreciated.
