Excellent service
Bought an engagement ring from here. Place is nice and small and definitely welcoming when you walk in. Thomas assisted me. He was very helpful as I didn’t know much about rings and he explained in light detail what each category was without confusing me. I was very happy with the outcome of the ring I chose and my partner was even happier with it. We have already decided we will buy the wedding rings in the future from here.

My Fiance bought my engagement ring here which was custom made. The ring is stunning we are both very happy with it, I always get compliments on it. He had a great service from the staff while planning and sorting the ring. We then decided to go back for wedding rings and again, I have found a very different but gorgeous ring to go with my engagement ring. Again the staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked an appointment in Liverpool to buy an engagement ring. The sales consultant Patrick was fantastic. He took his time to explain the process of choosing a diamond, and choosing a band. A gem I’m glad I chose!
My fiancé and I travelled to Liverpool to find the perfect shaped wedding ring.
Had appointments from different Jewellers, and was torn between two wedding rings from A&B and Goldsmith… Patrick who assisted me at A&B was great! Never pressured me in anyway when informed that I couldn’t decide between two rings (one is from Goldsmith).
‘Think about it, you can come back later if you decide to get this. No pressure’. A salesperson that values his clients feelings and thoughts. Honestly, he almost won me there. ;)
Sent photos to my family and friend and all chose A&B design. We went back, Patrick gladly made time for us again and the happy purchase took place.
I received the ring in two weeks (Isle of Man) and I was in cloud nine upon seeing it. Well pleased with the quality. I cannot wait to get married and wear it!

Perfect Experience
I booked an appointment and visited the Liverpool store as i was looking to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend.
It was a bit daunting for myself initially, as I was doing this for the first time and I visited the store alone. However, I was made to feel very comfortable on arrival and i was well looked after by Patrick. During the appointment we explored all available options and was never put under any pressure by Patrick.
As i was unfamiliar with the many different types and styles of engagement ring and their different characteristics, this was all explained very well to me, and I went on to order an amazing ring. The turnaround time was also very quick and only took around 2-3 weeks to be delivered to the store.
My now Fiancée loves the ring, and it has exceeded my expectations as to how good it looks. I did a bit of research and found that the value for money you can get at Austen & Blake is superior in comparison to other jewellers.
I want to thank Patrick and the other Liverpool branch staff for all the help I received and I wouldn’t hesitate in choosing this store again for any future rings or jewellery.
