Excellent Product and Service!
Patrick was very helpful and informative during an initial visit to discuss and narrow down options for an engagement ring, and a subsequent one to order it. The ring was ready within the indicated timeframe for me to pick up at a different store which was more convenient for me at that time. It was exactly as envisaged, and didn't disappoint when I proposed!

Patrick is very professional
Patrick is very professional - he walked us through the whole process with a smile on his face. He gave us great advice and was not pushing to upsell us, rather he listened to our responses and gave us plenty of options without overwhelming us. We have bought our wedding bands and will use this jewellers in the future for any future purchases.

Excellent team! 10/10
I went to 10 jewellers in Liverpool before finding Austen & Blake (saved the best till last). What an excellent team they have here. All staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly, I first met Molly and Racheal who were extremely warm and welcoming and so helpful and later I also met with Tom and Patrick, who again were excellent. Brilliant service
I had Thomas in the liverpool branch assisting me when I was looking for an engagement ring for my partner. He was absolutely superb, brillaint service and was very attentive to myself. Couldn’t recommend enough to go here as they are absolutely brilliant and very helpful.

Would recommend!
I would really recommend, there is a massive choice of rings available with helpful staff to guide you.
We bought an engagement ring with the help of Thomas at the Liverpool store. He was lovely and really helped to guide me into choosing a ring that was perfect for me. We’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time to buy wedding rings.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My ring was ready in the time frame they had given and a massive bonus my diamond was a little bigger than I had ordered .
Negatives
The shop is too small, and doesn't provide a private and intimate space for each customer.
There are no late night appointments available.

Excellent service
Bought an engagement ring from here. Place is nice and small and definitely welcoming when you walk in. Thomas assisted me. He was very helpful as I didn’t know much about rings and he explained in light detail what each category was without confusing me. I was very happy with the outcome of the ring I chose and my partner was even happier with it. We have already decided we will buy the wedding rings in the future from here.
