Absolutely stunning ring

Absolutely stunning ring, exceeding my expectations and despite my anxiety with fastly approaching wedding dates, they kept me up to date throughout the process and kept my mind at ease while being Hallmarked ect. The ring is absolutely stunning and it's clearly not an off the shelf item, custom made jewelry is what you get here! I got a custom made ring elsewhere for the wedding and I'd argue my wife's is a higher standard despite paying not far off double the cost .. 10/10 would recommend!

My partner and I created a beautiful engagement ring that she adores. The process with A&B was very easy, from getting a booking to sitting with them through sizing and selecting all the various parts of the ring - which was very daunting going in for both of us.

Gorgeous Bespoke Engagement Ring

We had the pleasure of getting our bespoke engagement ring from Austen & Blake recently, and we absolutely love it! We were assisted by Haifa in London, who was lovely, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process.

As expected with a bespoke piece, the ring took some time to be delivered, but Haifa was always on hand to answer our questions, reassure us about the process, and guide us through any adjustments we needed to make.

The final result is even more beautiful than I had imagined, I honestly can’t stop looking at it. Thank you so much!

Misleading Policy and Unhelpful Staff

They refused to give me free resizing (London store) even though I was within the 30 day policy. They wanted to charge me for £70.

I picked up the ring 9th of April. I talked to them on the 3rd of May on live chat letting them know I want to resize the ring. The agent in their live chat confirmed this. When I brought the ring to the store for drop off on the 12th of May they said they will charge me £70 because the drop off date was outside the 30 days... The manager was rude and refused to help in any way. He didn't even know what's in their policy and refused to look it up. He couldn't say I was wrong because the confirmation email doesn't say the drop off date has to be in 30 days... He said I should talk to customer support. I drove 2 hours to London and another 2 back to sort this and even though there were 3 people working in the store none of them even tried to help. It was like talking to a chat bot that is trained to give the same answers. 0 problem solving. Never buy anything from this company ever again.

Buying an engagement ring can be a…

Buying an engagement ring can be a daunting experience but A&B were the first to make the process easy. I got the perfect ring under my budget which hadn’t seemed possible. I’m blown away by the beauty of the ring and more importantly so was my fiance. Friendly, knowledgable and honest advice and I’ll definitely be going back for the wedding bands.

do not go near this company

do not go near this company, we are now almost in April I had and engagement ring on Christmas morning that was obviously a surprise it was too small so my partner asked to ring which they agreed, my partner had got a nicer box to put it in so when it was returned they said they could only offer so much which again we agreed on losing £100 off! fast forward to almost April still no refund still no response from email not answering calls to say i’m broken hearted is an understatement.

I am disappointed to having to delete…

I am disappointed to having to delete my 5 star review and change it to a 1 star... considering that I had a really good experience in store the follow up is non existent.

Placed order in 1st march through in store London. Two weeks later had a call saying they have to source another diamond because it no longer is avaiable. They said they will call me next day to confirm order. Few days went by and no call back.

Tried calling the London store 100 times, yet they do not answer their calls or emails.

I got through to the main number and they requested the store to call me and low and behold they did call however saying the same thing as before and need to find a new diamond and will call me following day. Its been WEEKS now and no calls, updated or confirmation.

I tried calling hundreds time no one answers.

Me and my partner are super frustrated as having to spend so much money you'd expect a quality level of customer service but this is non existent.

The expected delivery is also false, I have ordered a plain ring which shouldve been here weeks ago yet NOTHING. My partners ring has also had ZERO updates, this is appalling and cannot believe we had trusted you with such delicacy.

Our wedding is coming up next month and yet no rings. Will definintely reporting to Trading Standards for false delivery times and possibly a charge back through my card.

Absolutely appalling service from this…

Absolutely appalling service from this company—we regret ever trusting them with something as meaningful as our wedding rings. We placed and fully paid for our order at their Hatton Garden store on February 22nd, expecting timely updates and professional handling. Instead, we received silence—no confirmation, no dispatch notice, nothing.

Repeated attempts to get clarity have only deepened our frustration. Customer support claims they keep contacting Hatton Garden to no avail, and nobody there ever picks up the phone or bothers to call back. To make matters worse, their system mistakenly insists we haven’t paid, despite our clear proof of the completed transaction.

The level of incompetence and lack of communication is shocking. We’ve had to consider filing a chargeback through our bank simply to recover our money for goods that were never delivered. The stress and inconvenience caused are unacceptable—especially for something as significant as wedding rings.

Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity. We strongly advise future customers to seek their jewellery elsewhere.

Beware of not in stock items!

My partner and I have chosen an eternity ring from Austin and Blake an unusual design I rang Hatton Garden to make an appointment to see the ring and check the sizing and was told adamantly they dont have that design in stock anywhere in any branches. Nor are they expecting too - its a new design. They cannot apparently order a sample either -so they are expecting us to order a ring circa £3500 sight unseen - such a poor experience. So unhelpful too

Gold rings purchase

I had a really pleasant experience with purchasing at Austen&Blake. It was easy to schedule the appointment, try the models of the rings that I wanted and check the sizes. All the instructions were helpful and I got my rings at the time they said they will be done. Also, employees are super nice so my experience was really great.
