AMAZING Jeweler's
They made it so easy to choose the ring I was looking for. The staff are extremely helpful, patient and polite. I looked at other places in London to compare but AB just stood out from the start, and happy to say that I was not disappointed. They catered to my every need and made the experience much easier than expected. The ring was bespokely designed but it still took less than a month for it to be ready to collect! If I could give more than 5 stars I would and I'd recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish, Austen &Blake were incredible. Great selection of rings, easy payment, great customer service during email correspondence, the ring was ready in a timely manner for pickup, during my appointment the woman who gave me the ring was extremely helpful and nice. Just an amazing experience. I highly recommend this jewellers.

A Great Experience!
As a man going in to the unknown world of engagement rings, this really was an exciting and educational experience.
Haifa, who has handled my request from the initial idea to delivered piece has been amazing! I have had so many questions and queries all of which she has answered and with the utmost professionalism.
I have felt incredibly well looked after and under no pressure at any stage. I have recently relocated to Norwich and she has organised the ring to be delivered to the Norwich branch ahead of the upcoming big day. She has been liaising with them to arrange my collection appointment and ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
I am very thankful to Haifa and would not hesitate to use her knowledge and expertise again.

The whole experience was fantastic
The whole experience was fantastic, Michal was great and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. As someone who knows nothing about jewellery it was good to have someone with michal’s knowledge to inform me what everything meant and was. She made the whole experience comfortable. The ring itself looks great.
The ring was ready within the timeframe I was given and getting an appointment after to speak about a resize was easy and quick (which we didn’t end up heading to do)
