Broken pump nozzle :(

I was really looking forward to having Australian Body Care products in my home again, its been 8 years since I moved away from my regular supplier, but when I opened the box, the nozzle on my 1L pump for the Skin Wash was broken. It was in a box with some packing paper on top. If this is how you ship to other countries then i don't see the point in making another purchase.

tea tree oil lip balm is the best
I wasn't aware of this company until I needed lip balm with tea tree oil. They're responsive and good with keeping the customer updated with tracking info, etc. the lip balm healed my cracked lips!
