I ordered a casting kit at the beginning of February that never arrived. The tracking is labelled ‘exception’ but hasn’t been updated since the 1st of March. I get that things happen, but I have reached out several times on several platforms for help from Australian Kids and absolutely no reply. I have read through other people’s reviews and your response is to ‘reach out to us directly’ … how? You don’t answer your emails or Facebook messages.

I've just purchased a second car as the first was such a hit and other nephews wanted one. Came quickly, in a secured package and price was fair. Will keep this bookmarked for another time.

Website is misleading, products cheap, came in damaged boxes, very very disappointed, the reviews on there website do not match anything that came, the order was also late, for the money you pay you would like they would be better quality, Australian Kid is in Hong Kong, this is also misleading. I would like my money back , super upset customer.

They call themselves AUSTRALIAN KIDS, yet they and their products come from CHINA. The gift I bought was cheaply made and a part was broken.
The are conning people into thinking they are buying Australian, they are disgusting.
What I bought took over a month to arrive, in a cheap plastic Asian marked packet.

Do not buy off this company, they are a scam. They don’t reply to your emails or messages. Absolute fraud of a company!!!!!

such a disappointing experience. paid for a casting kit and it literally never came? like never even left the warehouse. i contacted for a refund and am STILL waiting on the team to even send me an email that’s not a response to my own email to them wondering where the product or my money is?

UPDATE:
Offered a 30% refund OR send it back at my cost and wait for a refund.
Such poor customer service, when the product was misrepresented!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
Package arrived squashed and damaged.
Toy is advertised for babies!!
The packaging clearly states’ choking hazard’ not suitable for children under 3 years.
Waste of money… I’ve asked for a refund, I’ll wait and see.

I purchased the Kids Inflatable Boxing Bag.
It broke on the 2nd day of use. It wasn't used in any way other than shown on the advertisements.
I blame myself for not reading more reviews before the purchase, as it is a common complaint.

It looks like an Australian company, it is Chinese. My items took over five weeks to arrive. I was told they were waiting to fill a container before sending! When they arrived the boxes are completely smashed, and have been tapped up so must have happened in the factory and the product inside is smashed too 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Id leave no stars if i could.
We purchased the LED screen drawing toy. The item arrived faulty after almost a month. The cord attached to the screen was loose, the light flickered on n off. I emailed the company and they asked for a video. I plugged it back in and the fault in the cord started burning and smoking. Incidentally since I sent the video of the product on fire I havent heard a peep from them.
DO NOT BUY
EDIT. Cord did not overheat as the seller mentions in their reply, we plugged it in and it was smoking immediately. Faulty and dangerous.

I have had some updates on my parcel, with a tracking website to contact for updates-but it doesnt work....I have emailed several times but no appropriate response.....and I fear I will not receive my order...
100% dissatisfied

I expected much more for the price. I ordered inflatable boxing bag with water base. The product is very cheaply made and feels flimsy. On top of that, it took an entire month to arrive. Definitely overpriced for what you actually get. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Reply from Australian Kids
Do not bother.
The item was a quarter of the size of what the website showed. Poor quality made in China. I asked for a refund and was advised I can either pay to send it back or receive 30% refund. Although the item was falsely advertised the seller took no responsibility.
The customer service was prompt but not helpful. Total scam.

Hello Sarah,
You got to be kidding me.
In one of your previous email, I was asked not to return the product
I refuse to pay for the postage if it isn't covered by your company. This would incur additional costs.
After all these emails from your end, I now wish to get a refund of AUD $55.90.
Your company is a fraud and a total scam. I am going to publish your response and mine on Trustpilot. Your company cannot be trusted and should be banned in Australia.
I wish Trustpilot take you to ACC to submit a proposal to ban your company and using the name Australian Kids.
There is no point of offering a 30% refund when the entire mess has occurred from your end. You are just wasting my time.

Hi Team,
Based on the response received on Trustpilot, I would appreciate is the
following could be organised:
- A replacement of the order I placed which is Alphabetical Learning Chart
- The packaging to be well received in a rolled up tube package as I need
to present it.
- If this is not possible, then a refund for the payment made towards this
order which is AUD $55.90
Depending on the response and decision, I will update the review on
Trustpilot accordingly.
Seriously, by using the name Australian Kids is misleading as this isn't a Australian based company. It is based in China 🇨🇳 and Hong Kong 🇭🇰 . They shouldn't be able to trade under this name and be banned. It is deceiving and misleading Australian customers.
Thanks,
Valerey

Purchased an egg nightlight, took 2 weeks to arrive and was such cheap quality!! The box was crushed and dented, the light was tiny and the total value printed on the shipping label was $3, when I paid $30aud.

Very bad experience with this company. Can I recommend to other customers in the same position as myself (ie trying to receive a refund for poor quality , damaged or unusable goods) to contact their bank and apply for a charge reverse. This is what o have done.

NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ON THEIR WEB SITE!!!!!!
I ordered the Colour Match Logic Game, what a huge disappointment. The pictures on the web site show the size of the game while the young children are playing with it and picking up the marbles. The game arrived and is not much bigger than the palm of my small hand and the marbles are around 6mm round. MUCH smaller than it is advertised on their web site. The marbles are a huge chocking risk to any young children. I emailed and advised the issue and was promptly advised that I could return the game at my cost but the return must be registered so it can be tracked and was given a return address in China! Which would be around the cost of the product, so why bother.. Stupid me for not looking at the reviews before purchasing the product, as there is no way I would have bought from them.

Reply from Australian Kids
Don’t buy. Products are not the same as pictured. Size is tiny and quality is terrible.

Ordered a night light from this company.
Terrible quality. Box came completely bashed. Light does not turn on and makes a rattling noise.
Have emailed multiple times to this company and have reached out on Facebook. No reply at all.
Waste of money and time. Do not purchase from this site. It is a complete scam
