Ordered a kids phone for my son for Christmas on the 16th & when I’ve checked the tracking it’s been sitting in Melbourne VIC, since the 28th of December now it’s the 3rd of January it’s a little disappointing not getting it in time for Christmas but also thinking it was already in Australia as the company name is Australian Kids. Slowest parcel to arrive.

Cheap low quality product at 3x the price. The website presents itself as an Australian company but it’s out of China. Really disappointed with what I got. Not like the photos for 3x what I could have got from a cheap discount store

Been waiting two months for a small parcel that a carrier pigeon would have already delivered. Still no sign of it coming and goodness knows how much longer we are going to have to wait, that's if it ever turns up. Definitely would not recommend.

Ordered 3 items. Delivered only 2. Product ordered for 119 Aud. The products sent doesn't even qualify for 5 dollars. My 5 year old kid told me "mamma this is just junk" This is a big scam. Do not order from these scammers. It is not Australian product. This cheap junk is sent from China. Scamming you with its Australian name. If there was zero star, I would have given zero rating.

I wish I had of read the reviews before purchasing off this website !
I bought a Dinasaurier car and light up bath toy. Not only did they take weeks to arrive, the tracking was in Chinese!
When they arrived they were cheap rubbish. The bath toy alone was so tiny and cost $20 !! Supposedly reduced from 40 -seriously, if i had seen this in a shop I'd be hard pressed to pay a dollar for it ! The car was very small and flimsy. I could not give these as Christmas gifts as intended, which sent me on a mad Christmas eve scramble.
Ive attempted contact to send them back with no response.
Save your money !

With a name like Australian kids I had assumed it was an Australian company. It wasn’t until I received an item that wasn’t good quality and I wanted to get a refund that I was told that I could get a refund but the item had to be shipped back to Hong Kong at my expense. However to save the environment I could keep the item but only get a 30% refund. The item was poor quality and I could have bought it cheaper on Temu but because I thought it was Australian I expected better quality. At least temu allows returns with them paying the postage. To make matters worse, when I checked my bank statement to see if I had received the refund (which to date I haven’t) the original purchase, which shows as Australian dollars on the invoice, must have been I. A foreign currency as the bank took out a foreign exchange charge. I will never but from this company again.

Where is the product I ordered and have paid for 22 days ago to send to my disabled son.
Please have this order delivered ASAP .
Not happy

Shocking experience. Still haven't received anything. Over a week late. No communication or response to requests.
Steer clear of this lot.
It's a Chinese company not Australian.

Ordered the kids phone on the 6th December said it would arrive in time for Christmas and according to tracking it’s still in China . Don’t think you should call your business Australian when everything comes from overseas. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve so I doubt the phone will arrive by Christmas. Will not order again

Very disappointed in cheap products and company.
I ordered 3 of the creative science sets... the fan, boat and light. It would be helpful if the instructions were in English instead of Chinese. I thought it was an Australian product and company (Australian Kids), otherwise I would not have ordered for my grandkids for Christmas.
Tried calling the number but it doesn't work.

ZERO is my real rating. This company has the WORST tracking system. Communication was even worse. The company only responded effectively after I put in a complaint to PayPal. Then the company had the audacity to say my complaint would take up their time - when the issue was created by their lack of communication about non delivery. I am also affronted that they call themselves "Australian Kids" - totally deceptive as they are Hong Kong based and just using our country's good name. What a disgrace.

Why cant you give zero stars. Not aussie, Phone not connectect, wont answer emails. Usless chinese scam company

WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!
What crappy “toys” for the price you pay!
The toys don’t even work or the box it came in was broken
I won’t bother with a refund as I feel scammed already so don’t need to be scammed again

Disappointed. Wished I’d taken my time to read reviews before I made my purchases. Cheap plastic toys definitely not worth the money. Hong Kong based business that advertise as Australian.

Further to this review below, I contacted Paypal, who I used to pay for the goods. Once they were involved I am happy to say I received an immediate refund. Gloria
I placed my order at the beginning of Dec. Still not arrived. However the only note from the company was a generic email asking how I rated the product!!
No response to date !!!
Is this alla scam?????????

Don’t bother u pay this money for flimsy item
Does not look like what the picture does and the item we purchased was flimsy asf. Ball kept knocking it down and is really small compared to the pictures won’t purchase from this company again cheap crap, bought this for the kids and they said their normal golf set is more solid than this cardboard crap

Really disappointed with the items supplied and the condition they arrived in. Damaged, poor quality and not at all what I expected. The items were intended to be given as Christmas presents but it's not possible. $170 spent on items that look like they come from a very cheap supplier.

Far smaller than the photos represent, took three weeks, no box or even nice packaging. Looks like I could have bought it at a $2 shop! You are not Australian, so don’t make out you are. I wish I’d read the reviews first. I won’t be shopping with you again!

If I could put -10 I would. Totally fake, scam site. I wish I'd thought to check reviews (my fault) but was encouraged to by by my husband 😡. I did finally receive the goods, only after plaguing the site with threatening emails. But, the goods arrived in disgustingly flimsy packaging, the boxes were crushed and the quality is very poor. If these are from China, they are adding to an already extremely poor reputation. As people have said...their contact details are totally fake, along with pretty much everything else about this "company".
