Cheap Asian product

Cheap Asian product. Shame on you for pretending that you’re an Australian company. Shame on me for not checking your reviews before buying. I bought a tummy time water mat. The name on the packaging is “Baby Slapped Pad”. If I could give negative stars I would.

Dont Waste Your Money on this SCAM

Product quality is extremely poor. Product way overpriced. Was charged $24 for a product that I would only be willing to pay $5 if I'd seen the product in a shop.
Not suitable for children as puzzle pieces are too small & pose a danger to children
No customer assistance as its NOT an Aussie company..
Delivery took 6 weeks. No response to my emails from this company.
It's a SCAM business. Avoid avoid avoid.
Would have given lower than a one star rating if that had been an option

Don’t bother buying from this company

I have had the same experience as so many others. Firstly being tricked into thinking that this is an Australian company and then receiving a battered parcel that is in such bad condition it’s not suitable to give my grandson for Christmas. The parcel was open when I received it. I also ordered 2 items but only one arrived. I have tried calling the number but surprise surprise it’s not working and I have emailed them but just received a generic response. Would not bother with this company again and definitely don’t recommend. Just wasted my money!

Products took 3 months to arrive & bad quality

Products took 3 months to arrive, and when they did they are very POOR quality and not anywhere near the same as the picture described on their website. It comes straight from China. Spent the whole time thinking i had been scammed, and they when it finally did arrive the items were not as described, not even close! Will check the reviews next time. Glad i only wasted $60.

Do not trust this company!

This company does not provide any details of what is happening to an order. They just take your money and leave you hanging. Unfortunately, like many I should have read the reviews. Too trusting but now can warn others. I doubt whether anything will arrive for Xmas for grandchildren.

Horrific customer service

Horrific customer service, says it’s Australian company but actually in hong Kong. Found same product on eBay for 1/5 the price. Box is poor and product is cheap. Never buy from them!!

still waiting for my order

still waiting for my order. tracking system says it is in the processing centre where it seems to have been for the past week. I thought I was ordering from an Australian company only to find that the office is in Kowloon and the goods are coming - if ever- from China. Contact is non-existent. Phone number supplied does not work etc.

Ordered for a gift late November

Ordered for a gift late November. If I had have known it would take so long and come from overseas I would have purchased elsewhere. Not here yet and the tracking is shocking. Surely when they advertise they would have the product in their Warehouse. AK advertise as educational toys for children - wonder what broken item I will get going by the previous reviews?
The delivery came. We had to search for it as SpeedX delivery must have just thrown it and it landed in our creek. We were home at the delivery date. Yet to find out exactly what the quality of the item is like as it is a Christmas gift.

Disappointed with myself for not…

Disappointed with myself for not checking the reviews of this company!
Would not have purchased what it did!
Because it arrived all squashed and it looks cheap! I bought for a present for Christmas, I spent more than I was going to, but felt it was worth it! Now I feel I should buy something extra, because it looks like crap!

I am very disappointed that what l thought was an Australian company is actually based in Hong Kong. It presents itself as providing for Australian children when really it’s just providing cheap stuff from overseas. I am still waiting for delivery and we will see what it brings.

Reads like an Australian company but…

Reads like an Australian company but very obviously not. Toys arrived in beaten up packaging, assuming direct from China. Paid a higher amount to get good quality for Christmas gifts (as opposed to Temu) and they are ungiftable....

Go to Temu instead to save yourself the disappointment

Don't bother buying from this company, you might as well go straight to Temu as the products seem like it's from that company. Quality of products are poor. Purchased the Creative Building Set Science TOys and the instructions are in Chinese! These products have wires and uses electricity, its extremely unsafe to not have any english instructions. Very disappointed.

Most infuriating is that items arrived damaged and they only offer 30% refund on the items (but hey you get to keep the damaged items!) or you send the items back at your cost to their China warehouse to potentially get the full refund.
