Please ignore the positive reviews these people are SCAMMERS I almost lost $660 but luckily I acted quickly and my bank got me my money back, please don’t fall their lies

Crooks rip off do not get caught they are liars all they want is your money you get no help warn others about these fools- tools.

I have sent you people email after email without a response for over four months.
Don't tell me I cannot have a refund as your department takes the money and runs.
I have not had any response, as I could not retrieve my last email, and I then sent you email after email.
I don't care what your charges are. You have my bank details; refund my money now or put up with the repercussions.
If this request is above your pay rate, then have someone higher up the pay zone take over from you.
As an Indigenous Australian and on a pension, you people have had to owe me a duty of care.
Your department did not take care of this. The Prime Minister told me to apply for a grant for my two books with Grant Assist.
But you fall short of what you think you can deliver. You have not updated me with any updates to my email. I know if I ever put my grants app in the right section.

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews because you better believe it, i have had the best experience using the portal. its easy to use, helpful and clear.
Please- if you're looking to apply for grants, please apply through grants assist.

Misrepresenting what GA does. The ‘company’ sets up a portal for you to access grants but they are irrelevant. I spent 3 months seeking a refund.

I DEALT WITH THEIR CONSULTANT OVER THE PHONE AND ADVISED ME THAT THEY DO THE GRANT APPLICATION FOR ME AND TO TRUST THEM. SHE WAS IN HURRY TO PAY HER, AND I ASKED HER, WHY IS SHE IN HURRY?? ONCE PAID OF $430 ,ALL THEY DO IS TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT THEN ITS YOUR PROBLEM TO APPLY. FIGURE IT OUT YOUR SELF....I COULD HAVE DONE THAT MY SELF, I DECIDED TO PAY THIS COMPANY THINKING THAT THEY WILL APPLY THE GRANT ON MY BEHALF.
I CALLED THE COMPANY AND SPOKE WITH HER , ONCE AND BRIEFLY SHE SAYS , YOU HAVE TO DO IT YOUR SELF! AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I TRIED TO CALL AGAIN, AND EMAIL, HAVE LOSS MY DAY TRYING TO CONTACT THE COMPANY BUT THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER YOUR CALL/ EMAIL.
DO NOT ENGAGE YOUR SELF WITH THEM. AND SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE,

I SHOULD HAVE READ ALL THEIR PREVIOUS VICTIMS REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING THE CONTRACT WHO HAS THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS ME.

I have always had tedious experiences with similar platforms but Grants assist seems to be an exception. I will be back with a 5 star when all processes have been concluded. Thumbs up.

I had a bitter experience with Grants assist personally. Initially when I started asking about grants before signing up what they told , I was eligible Under whatsoever scheme and they precise with upto some amount. Unless signing up with their platform I can't get those information.. I was under the impression that signing upon with them I can get those infos and apply those. For that I sent 396$. But after signing up what I was told I need to find eligible or applicable schemes that suitable for me. I couldn't understand what made them to find eligible scheme before signing wasn't available or applicable after signing up. So to bring people in they are saying applicable or eligible. Also, the worrying part is it's difficult to connect them in call after signing up. I got frustrated. To be honest U can connect Government service departments to get those infos. And Moreover I was told by them they could guide me on applying or finding all eligible scheme whenever required under the subscription. But when after I found one they are asking me to pay for guidance in applying for ex: 396$ again and hourly rate of 132$ then writing documents ( document writer few hundreds. I literally fed up with those false commitment. I don't recommend them. Wake up guys. I am fighting for refunding. For small business startups just be cautious. I might have not inquired more about this Grants assist org.

Kudos to research team for providing on point and much needed resources. You just have to make sure to meet eligibility requirements to proceed. But all in all, assistance is very helpful.
