Excellent service
Excellent service, the process was very seamless to the point.
Grant Assist is a scam
I was told before I "signed up" that my business was "eligible" for up to $30,000 and that I should keep all my receipts for business expenses in order to receive grant funding. I have stupidly paid money and "signed up" to Grant Assist and there are no grants available to me that will provide me any funding or reimbursement. I am a woman sole trader and they said there were heaps of "women in business" grants for me to access. There is one. And they don't provide any funding, you have to pay for their support & mentoring. Grant Assist is a waste of money and a scam.
Would work with again!
Really great company to deal with! They helped out greatly
Third in phone queue for over an hour
I tried to call the number that promised immediate assistance and was on hold, and told I was the 3rd caller in the queue, for 1 hour and 3 minutes, then I gave up and checked Trust Pilot. The reviews I see show either 5 stars or 1 star. I suspect the 5 stars are fake reviews.
I have found Grants Assist to be highly…
I have found Grants Assist to be highly impressive. The entire program selection process, coupled with the detailed information provided in the portal, makes it an excellent resource for business owners like myself.
The programs offer a wide range of varieties and introduce innovative support techniques that I, as a business owner in the healthcare sector, wouldn't have considered on my own. My experience with the portal has generally been positive, with only occasional issues like needing more specific information on some programs, which were easily manageable. I am truly enjoying it!

AVOID! Its a scam.
I would give lower if possible. Scam scam scam. Please avoid this at all costs and do but trust a single thing you are told. We dealt with a “Emily” which I am sure is not even her name as she is untraceable now. She was attentive, responsive, friendly and assuring and the second we paid, she will not reply to us and has disappeared. We were told there were grants suited to our business and we got to portal and NOTHING. Its been 6 months and nothing. Its so clearly not suitable to our business. We are a small business that didn’t have much cashflow to throw around for this and they just saw another victim. Its so incredibly disgusting that a company like this can legally exist!

This is a scam
Delighted - 5 stars without doubt!
Running a beauty salon takes up a lot of my time and attention. Thanks to Grants Assist, I've been able to find government assistance that supports my business. I’ve been able to train my staff using special incentives and also got assistance with paying part of their wages.
I was also lucky to find a program that provided funding for eco-friendly practices, something I've always wanted to implement in my salon. I paid for their grant writer and was able to secure the funding while also contributing positively to the environment.
Don't use them!
Don't use them!
Promised us they could help us with everything we discussed over the phone. Once the payment was made, we haven't heard from them, even after numerous attempts and multiple different emails.
Save your money.
Kylie was most helpful to me
Found these guys after searching for grants online. I had found some of the government sites but they are not exactly easy to navigate. Gave these guys a call to find out how their service works. Yes there is a fee to access their database but I found it easier to use in comparison to those free sites.
The worst.
The worst.
So this company suggests a number of things that appear to suit your business needs over the phone. They get you in with their sales team and then you don't hear a peep when you need any help. In addition to this, the grants that they claim are available are all available through the government websites.
They slam you with a $380 fee, offer no support and the grants that they suggest are available are not.
I run a gardening/landscaping business. They said that there were grants available for equipment, marketing etc. and I have found nothing.
I asked for a refund and they told me it was not possible. Next step, ASIC and Consumer Affairs. Don't be afraid to lodge. Enough complaints, and an action will be taken.
Don't give them your money. Their website also claims (under the support tab) that they have too many enquiries and might not get to your issue.

Dodgy - Grants Assist / Australian Grants
Dodgy, they wanted to take $390 off me over the phone before they would even send out any info. Then I saw some of the reviews here by people who have been caught out. BEWARE!
Their facebook page is dodgy too, it looks like there's activity there at first glance but if you look carefully you can see the comments are from international posters. Kenya, PNG etc.
Read the ACCC sites warning about these types of schemes first, before paying anyone to assist with grants, do a google search for: accc grants assist scams
10/10 Amazing experience
So thrilled to come across this amazing company as they have helped my small business out significantly. When speaking with their customer service team they guided me through the process & it was effortless, super helpful & polite! I will be forever greatful for Australiangrants!
Grants Assist are a scam company…
Grants Assist salesperson sold my husband a series of lies........said they apply for all grants relevant to our small business so we can focus on the important job of running it......turns out all they do is debit $390.00 out of your account for information that is readily available on government websites. Pretty stressful when every dollar counts, they don't answer emails asking for a refund, our bank tried to recover the money for us but Grants Assist are obviously used to complaints because that didnt happen. Do your research and don't get scammed like my husband did!
Edit 15/9/2023
Thank you for your reply, can you please confirm whether Grants Assist applies for the government grants on behalf of our small business as that was what we paid the $390.00 for initially. Look forward to your response
