This is my first vintage watch purchase so I was a little nervous and initially chose AWC for their certificates of authenticity and reviews as well as their range. The whole experience was fabulous from beginning to end. Liam gave me great advice, made me loads of videos of particular watches, responded to my endless questions promptly and patiently and the watch that I finally chose, whilst rated good rather than very good, is beautiful. It arrived perfectly packaged in a smart presentation box through DHL and again, Liam was in contact to make sure that it had arrived safely. I cannot recommend this company or Liam enough.

I was nervous about making a significant purchase online but Liam answered my questions patiently and swiftly, even over the Christmas period. The end result is a watch I’m really delighted with, exactly as I’d hoped.

First of all, the watch was perfect, and advertised as ‘near mint’, it’s superb. Initially I was a bit apprehensive about sending so much money to someone I didn’t know. After a few emails, where Liam answered all my questions, it gave me the confidence to proceed. I asked for the strap to be changed from grey, to black, and this ‘wasn’t a problem’. I really can’t recommend Liam and Authentic Watch Co highly enough. I contacted them two weeks before my wedding with the seeming impossible task of sourcing an Omega Seamaster Deville and Liam somehow made it happen.
Not only did Liam go out of his way to rush the order though for me, he kept me updated throughout the process and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Today I drove to Farnborough to meet up with Liam of the Authentic Watch Co and view the various watches that was of interest to me (total of 11 which Liam has got ready for me to view). Liam was an outstanding host and very patient with me whilst I decided if I wanted to buy (I was there nearly an hour and a half). Nothing was too much trouble for him to make my experience of viewing the watches and giving his expertise on the models which led to me eventually purchasing a stunning Gold Seamaster with a Gold Bracelet. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure, Liam even made me a cup of tea!! Edward Spencer

This is the second watch I have purchased from the authentic watch company, having dealt with Liam each time; he is truly a credit, his knowledge and expertise shine through!

Dealt with Liam on and off for the last month, lovely chap and very helpful. I made the trip down to his showroom where he had laid out a selection of watches which I'd chosen, along with some of his suggestions which were great. The watch I was planning on buying was even better when I got there and over the moon with my purchase. Liam let me take my time and look through the watches which made my decision relaxed and a nice experience.

Great coms from Liam, the watch was beautiful but unfortunately it was a little small for me, with no issue Liam gave me a full refund again great coms during this process it was a pleasure dealing with him and would highly recommend the company.
