I filled out their ‘source me a watch…
I filled out their ‘source me a watch form’ on the website and they emailed me to say we don’t have that watch in stock and that was it 😂 I obviously knew they didn’t have the watch otherwise I wouldn’t need to ask them to find me one and there was no offer to find me a watch in their email, which was why I contacted them in the first place. Disappointed when they claim to offer a fantastic service 🤔

Great selection of watches.
Ordered one 27th December received 6th Jan which was disappointing but understandable with the Christmas break.
Love the watch but the clasp was faulty so have to send back, Jon was quick to respond and is sending me a pre-paid returns bag to send back for repair. They are also going to take a link out at the same time.
Can't knock the response.

Excellent, knowledgeable and professional!
I have been dealing with Parker’s for twenty years now, both their Sheffield and Hatton Garden shops and have only ever received excellent, professional advice and service.I have dealt with other online watch retailers over the years as well but they lack the personal touch which Parker’s provide and generally cannot match Parker’s competitive prices. For me there is no other watch retailer to deal with!
