Got an oustanding second hand watch from Parkers and it was in mint condition with all paperwork and service booklets on next day delivery. Definitely one of the best place to buy if you a looking for a great quality watches.

The Omega Speedmaster moonwatch I bought was exactly as advertised in fact it looks better than the photos with your advert,Iam extremely happy with the watch, and the price I paid was very competitive. Also the service provided was second to none.This is the second watch I have bought from Parker’s and should I want another it will be Parker’s Jewellers again for my purchase.

Purchased watch on line, was contacted and advised that the strap on the watch was incorrect for the deployment clasp and they had fitted an equivalent replacement. When the watch arrived the strap dimensions were for a small wrist and I was unable to wear the watch. I spoke to a member of staff who advised me he would contact the seller as they were selling it in his behalf to see if he would make a contribution toward a replacement strap but refused.
I was left with 12k watch that was unwearable and it was decided to return the watch for a refund.

Watch was in better condition than described. Very fast delivery and good protective packaging. Very helpful when I phoned with a question about condition prior to purchase.

I bought a used Cartier watch a few months ago from Parkers in Sheffield and found a couple of weeks later that there was a problem with the date advance. I rang the company and explained the problem and they asked me to send it in. After verifying the fault they sent the watch on to the UK Cartier authorised repair service where it was repaired and fully serviced. It was then returned to me by special delivery. I am very impressed with the service I received, there was never any hint of reticence in getting the watch properly sorted. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.
You only really find out how good a company's customer service is when there is a problem - Parkers surpassed expectations!
