I have purchased a number of watches from this company. They have excellent service, their products are authentic and competitively priced. I've been purchasing from them since 2016. I've never had a problem. They have always done a great job for me. I highly recommend them.

Bought a Tag Formula 1from Authentic Watches a few years back for my son's 21st birthday and then last year bought an Omega Seamaster co-axel Planet Ocean 600 for myself. Called them with a few questíons I had. Both were shipped to Wales, U.K. within just a few days with FedEx who payed the tax and duty on my behalf to clear customs. The watch was still far less expensive than buying in the U.K. Why wouldn't you buy your new watch from Authentic watches. Thank you. I'm looking for my wife now.

DO NOT BUY A WATCH HERE IF IT IS MORE THAN $10,000. I bought a "new" Panerai 616. It arrived with a damaged box, no tags or stickers, and a scratch on the bezel. When I called to complain, I was told that I could exchange the watch for something else, or since it is more than $10,000, I could return it with a 10% restocking fee. I argued that this was clearly a display model and not a new watch. They said that since it was not owned by anyone, it was considered new, and refused to waive their restocking fee. I own more than a dozen pieces and have not had this experience elsewhere. I'm giving this review 2 stars since the piece is genuine.

Excellent service from Donnie over the phone. He answered all of my questions. I needed the watch for a birthday on Saturday. I ordered the watch on Friday and it arrived Saturday morning. Incredible. This was my second purchase from them and it certainly won't be my last. Thank you!

I called them and they picked up right away. The customer service was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I ordered a TAG I’ve always wanted and it came the next day. I saved a lot of money with these guys as well. Great place to buy a watch.

I ordered a watch during their Black Friday Deal with overnight delivery. The delivery took 5 days and it was not the right watch. When I called to complain I was told that the watch they sent me was in fact more expensive than the one I had ordered and that I should be happy. I asked to exchange it for the one I ordered, to which they responded that they don't actually have it. When I asked to exchange it for another one (same price as the one they sent) they refused. They also said that they paid less for the watch I received than the watch I was asking to exchange it for (even though they are listed as the same price on their website) and therefore could not exchange them. They said all I can have is the watch they sent me or my money back. Given that their Black Friday sale is over a refund wouldn't help me. If they were willing to let me keep the watch they say is worth more, why wouldn't they exchange it for something that is the same price. Obviously the watch they sent me and said I can keep is not worth as much as they say it is.

Furthermore, the manager, Peter Grant, is extremely rude. I don't think I've ever been spoken to that way over the phone by a customer service representative, let alone manager. He continues to pretend that I asked for credit, when in fact I asked for an exchange. The "credit in excess" had already been given when they said I could keep the "more expensive" watch. Either he can't add or he is lying.

I've since asked for a refund. They sent me a return label that can only be used for 48hrs and can only be dropped off at at a specific Fedex miles away from my apartment. They say if I don't return it by then, I will have to pay for shipping.

These people are thieves. Stay away.

I called Authentic Watches to order a Tudor Black Bay Heritage, my second purchase from them, about 12:25pm. The lady was really nice, but told me that 12:00 is their cut off for next-day shipping, and she wasn't sure if they could get it out. I received it the next day. 😁 Great company, and I highly recommend them.

I'm here to share what happened with me.I ordered a watch and less then a year after I received it it stopped working first the second hand was jumping wild then it came to a complete stop. Now after spending alot on a watch and less then a year later it just stops oh well at least its under the warranty so I sent it back costing 50 bucks just for shipping.After about 6 weeks i call them up to see where their holding they tell me it needs routine cleaning for another 150 well to charge me 200 bucks to fix a watch less then a year after reicieving is really bad especially when nearly every watchmaker would do it for 120 with shipping here 150 plus 50 shipping they ultimatly went down to 100 bucks so 150 total well for getting something costly dont do it by some company selling old overstocked watches pay the extra money. I didnt give one star because they did write in the fine print that this can happen and the worker on the phone told me it happened to him too and it can happen TO YOU TOO. All these 5 star reviews are about the people that had no problem. But be warned you must see how a company reacts when things don’t go their way. when everything goes good doesent tell you much you must look at the reviewes to see when there was a problem, how the company reacts and l did not find not ONE review of someone that had a problem and how helpful they were BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT. Dear authentic watches if your selling high end watches you should do much better. So here is my advise to all you people out there if your looking to buy watch pay a drop more go to someone who is a certified seller selling new stock from the company where you can have a factory warranty and if you bought already when it breaks dont send it into them so they can take more of your money, go to your local jeweler AND IT WILL BE EASY CHEAPER AND MORE FRIENDLY FIX much quicker I dont think the company did anything wrong I'm just trying to let you know how this company works their cheaper prices are by buying overstock not being authorized no customer service and overcharged when it breaks to fix. Please shop smartly.
