Damaged goods but rectified
Ordered two wishbones and a pollen filter. The warehouse packed the small, light filter at the bottom with the big, heavy wishbones on top of it. No surprise, the filter was squashed and damaged as a result. I suggest they train their warehouse staff how to pack properly! The box my order arrived in was damaged as well, pierced on the side by one of the wishbones which wasn't in its original plastic packaging. It should've been wrapped in bubble wrap or something to prevent that from happening. Other than that the experience was fine. Got everything I ordered, everything fits and it arrived 7 working days after the order was made which isn't too bad. I hope they rectify these things for the future.
EDIT
After posting this review they emailed me right away offering to either refund me for the filter or send a new one at no extra cost which is what I chose. Fair play to them for sorting this out promptly and professionally.

Great to find most parts available, with great prices,I'm a DIY car enthusiast so quality and price and availability are a key factor in ordering parts, spending €150 to avail of free shipping doesn't happen to often so a €100 is more than enough, a discount when you spend more than a €100 would be a little more beneficial in some cases and not with a time limit when customers receive an email with a 10% Discount.
Parts may not be needed when emailing customers at that time.

I can’t recommend this company enough they have the best prices most wide selection of parts you couldn’t get anywhere else and then if you a bmw fan they have every tutorial for the wannabe mechanic that wants to work on his cars. Shipping takes a while but you have to expect that as they use many warehouse 6/5 if I could

Delivery time is very long and that was…
Delivery time is very long and that was not made clear during the order process. Website says 24-48 hours for order processing and yet 17 days later I have not received my package and DPD says they have still not received it. Impossible to talk to someone I just get the bot who churns out standard answers.
Had I known delivery would take so long I would not have used Autodoc.
