Bad equipment, bad service. Stay away!!!

- Floor plans not as expected (shower is not separated from the toilet)
- Bedroom was supposed to be in the back corner, not a converted table
- vehicle shows evident signs of usage with its 350,000 km. Based on the serial number, it seems to be a 2002 model, which is way older than the expected 7-8 years old
- Big bubble in the overhead ceiling, likely caused by water infiltration over the years (was not indicated on contract when we were given the keys). Likely contains fungus, not good to breath in the air.
- Stove not working properly, have to use matches to light and also hold the button for the back right burner to make it work (releasing the button shuts it off).
- Oven stops after 30 seconds.
- "Check engine" light went flashing for a whole day, then disappeared the day after. It then reappeared 2-3 times the days after, causing unnecessary stress, for I wasn't able to reach a speed of more than 90 km/h. It's like if the engine/transmission was not able to handle the acceleration. I had to manually downshift the gears to have more power in the slopes.
- We had to clean many spots as there was dust, spaghetti sauce and sand all over the place
- after a few days of usage, the A/C began to make weird noises and had issues reaching the targeted temperature. We cleaned the filters for they were full of dirt (possible another fungus source)
- Hot water difficult to ignite, has to restart many times. Furthermore, flame is mainly yellow as it should be more blue. Needs adjustment.
- Sheets for the bed were clean but smelled bad. We had to wash them before use.
- Tried awning once and plastic hook broke, likely because too old and dry
- Not able to open ceiling trap at the rear of the unit
- drawers open while running
- fridge door keeps opening while running, we had to put a cushion between its door and the toilet door to keep it closed.
- water connection doesn't fit everywhere. It happens that the pipe on the campground is too small, so we can't screw the hose and have to hold it manually while turning water on. Finally, after one week, i found a fitting that was hidden, and it would screw on the hose and have it fit on different faucet (was not on the hose initially).
- water gets in from kitchen window, driver side. Seats became wet.
- Water leaks inside vehicle from windshield, passenger side. Seems to come from the top of the windshield, maybe from the bedroom above.
- 4th time I've put diesel in the tank, the little plastic cable that snaps on the cap broke, so the cap is not hooked anymore.
- Radio system in the front has likely been changed, and although the menu shows the option to connect a USB device, there's no USB connection I could see. Would have been useful to see the map while driving
- Ceiling light in the cockpit doesn't work

WARNING! Shockingly poor aftersales service care by Auto-Sleepers UK (Willersey)

Please read this before buying any Auto-Sleepers products...
I recently put in a formal complaint about a recent roof repair that was carried out by Auto-Sleepers UK factory service centre recently.
The roof on my one year old motorhome had a small area of what looked like stress cracks which needed repairing / correcting under warranty.
Auto-Sleepers wouldn't let the dealer I bought van from get repair sorted and insisted it goes back to them (which meant a lot more time, mileage & fuel cost, 4-5hrs each way). They had the van 2 weeks, I happened to get on roof around a month later to clean it before winter and checked over repair... I was shocked!!! Auto-sleepers should be ashamed and embarrassed of themselves calling what they did a suitable fit for purpose repair. I'm confident I could have gone to Halfords for white touch-up paint and done a better job myself, and remember this took them two weeks at an Auto-Sleepers service workshop (I wrongly expected a professional repair would be done). This is gobsmacking and disgraceful, there is obviously no QC / QA by Auto-Sleepers on repairs?
When I sent pictures to the service manager, he acknowledged that there is no technical reason for the state of the repair and it is entirely down to poor workmanship. He spoke with the person who did the job and he acknowledged that it fell below an acceptable standard. The manager also apologised which is all well and good but offered absolutely nothing in compensation apart from the the cost for the dealer to do repair properly. To do this it cost me yet more mileage and fuel costs to take it back.
Very poor customer care when known poor workmanship which caused lots of costs and hassle.
I would not recommend purchasing anything form Auto-Sleepers UK.
