I've used a few backup cameras of various types (wireless, mirrordash and wired) and have been happy with all of the models I've used so far. While the wired ones require some more expertise in installing, their wireless models are easier to install. The customer support is helpful if you need guidance and their warranty service is excellent. The quality of the products has been good and have lasted me for a long while.

I had the pleasure of reviewing the Auto-Vox Rear View Mirror Camera. While I ran into some issues after installing, Customer Service has been very responsive. The overall build quality is better than I expected and I can appreciate their attempt to minimize the amount of wiring needed.

I had the pleasure of reviewing the Baby Cameras by Auto Vox. They did a great job with this product. I am now able to see two of my kids in the rear seat and monitor them the entire time while driving.

I have used Auto-Vox products for several years now,from backup cameras in my older trucks and cars I have had to back seat baby monitors to keep an eye on the grandkids. I have always found the products quality to be top notch,the only thing better is their customer service and support,I needed a part of the mount for a monitor (that I accidentally broke) they fixed me right up with a replacement no charge,I wish more companies operated in this way.Curry Massey

I've purchased several products from this manufacturer and they have worked as intended. Any questions were handled immediately through customer service so ultimately I'm very pleased with the products and services that I have received.

My experience with Autovox has been great. Had a backup camera go bad and they stood behind it 100%.

I have had a few products from this company and the products work very well and the customer service is beyond amazing. The backup camera I use for my car is great but what stands out is any time I have emailed them about a question I receive a response very quickly. I definitely would keep buying their products because I know they care about their customers. Especially when buying things off Amazon you never know how the company will be, but this company has proven themselves so I know they are a brand I can trust and will buy from again

I bought a backup camera for my F350. The description clearly states 2 cameras, 1 screen however I only got 1 camera. I’ve reached out to them TWICE and they say they will respond in 24-48 hours however, we are going on day 5 here and still no response. DO NOT buy anything from them.

My CS2 reverse camera was loosing reception after moving 3 to 5 feet away from the monitor. I emailed Auto Vox to report the issue and a new CS2 camera kit arrived in my mail box a day and a half later. unbelievable and the best customer service I've ever experienced.....Thanks AutoVox!!

I had the smallest of a situation with the purchase of a solar4 reversing camera, which didn't stop me using it and their support team were 110%, polite, on the ball....I cannot fault the response I got. Great product as well....

AUTO-VOX official firmware bricked my device and they won't help and blocked my messages. AVOID !!!

I have the AUTO-VOX V5. It was full of bugs. Where the device rebooting on its own etc. I had 3 of these and they all did the same fault.

My AUTO-VOX V5 was working ok, and then i did the new officials firmware from there official website. The firmware bricked my device. I hear the sound, I can touch but the screen remains black.

After reporting the issue, Auto-Vox removed all there firmware for V5 and v5 pro. How fishy is that? It's cause they know about the issue

However after contacting Auto-Vox. I Received robot replies before they blocked my account messages then they blocked my 2nd account messages

It's been very frustrating. They will not help Me resolve this or replace it even though it's there own mistake for putting a dud firmware on there website that bricks the device.

SO NOW I HAVE A USELESS ITEM THAT COST ME £160

THEY WILL NOT HELP ME AND I GET THE FEEELING THEY ARE BLAMING ME !!

AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A DECENT, REALIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT.

To Auto-VOX, I havent got a V5 Pro. I have got a V5 standard version
My device was working OK and I updated the firmware cause of some bugs. I got the firmware for my V5 not V5 pro off your official website. I updated my device and now it's bricked my device. I can touch, hear noise, it can record and when I play it back on my laptop I see video or image however since the update, the screen is black with the backlit lightening on.

I researched this fault and people who have the V5 pro suffered the same issue when they updated there firmware on the device

Auto-Vox know about the firmware that bricked devices hence why Auto-Vox then removed the firmware for the V5 and v5 pro off there official website after I reported that my device got bricked using the update on there official website

Regardless how old the device is, it was working OK before the update and the official update killed my device. That's the responsibility of Auto-Vox as its there mistake
So based on them grounds I should be offered a new working device as it's not my fault the item got bricked by the official firmware I trusted your official website for this V5 mirror dahcam firmware to be 100% stable

On them grounds you should replace if for me and help me. I suffer from a lot of mental depression and this is badly affecting me and I feel frustrated

Auto-Vox won't help me so I have lost £160 on a item that got damaged by them. There official dud firmware

Customer service has been next to none. I found installing this unit so easy. I installed it on my Motorhome , I was worried about the coverage as Ive had problems with other WiFi reversing cameras not performing well because of the distance. It performs very well, no flicker or break up. The only connection required is either to the reversing light , so it operates when the vehicle is put into reverse or dedicated power supply from the key on side, when it would be on all the time.
Really recommend this unit.

Hi, I ordered a solar 1 back up camera very easy to fit and use hardest thing was to get the number plate off the car very good product at a good price delivery was 4 days

I had a problem with water ingress into my Auto Vox (waterproof wireless) backup camera causing the image to be blurred. The problem was intermittent, could be clear or misty according to weather conditions. Very annoying as it always seemed to be misted over when I needed it most for manoeuvring & parking up! Now, the cameras are rated IP68 (which is more or less submersible in water) but perhaps having a PV charging panel connected to it let a little bit of moisture creep in. I contacted Auto Vox Customer Support and Kaya quickly arranged for a replacement camera to be sent to me, arriving within 2 days. Follow-up from Kaya a couple of days later to check that everything was working to my satisfaction. Excellent support for a really good quality product. Thanks Kaya & thanks Auto Vox!

The camera arrived in a timely fashion and was installed with ease. The picture was very sharp with vibrant colours making backing up easier. The folks at Auto-Vox are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. This is my 3rd Auto-Vox product and I have not experienced a problem with any of their units. I highly recommend this company.

I loved the easy of installation. Mounted to the bottom of the license plate. Trunk handle is on top. Very clear image and strong connection. Installation instruction were clear and concise. I would recommend.

Unfortunately we had some trouble with our reversing camera. We contacted Auto-Vox and corresponded with Kaya. Excellent customer service which is seldom nowadays. Always quick to respond and very professional. Helped us sort out the issue without delay. Very impressed.
