I drive a 15/16 year old car and the A/C stopped working last summer. Prices I was being quoted locally were too much for this OAP. When the alternator packed up recently, the mechanic pointed out the damaged A/C unit and advised I should look online for a part. As this company provided the OEM part number I was able to get exactly what I needed - delivered - for way less than from anywhere local. Plus great communication and full paperwork upon purchase. If we do get a decent summer, then, at least I know I'll be cooler than I was last year.

Absolutely brilliant ordered my aircon compressor at 1500 Thursday turned up before lunch on Friday.

I came across their website whilst searching for an AC dryer for my SW20. The reviews all seemed positive, so I placed my order at 4.10pm on Monday, got a confirmation email straight away, and a dispatch email confirmation two hours later. Just after midday the following day, the part arrived as described.

I haven't fitted the item yet, but so far I'm impressed at the communication (albeit automated), and the very speedy delivery.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered a part for My Audi A4 waited 4 days product didn’t arrive..!! Paid for next day delivery, phoned on numerous occasions phone just rang out I left a voicemail someone called me back said DPD lost the part..!!!
Reordered and promised it would be here by 10.30am.. again no part had to phone back and at 1.30pm the part arrives.. no apologies just happy to take my Money. Will not use again

Fantastic service I was visited by one of their technicians who told me I needed a new part before I could get my air con working again. I ordered the part needed on the Tuesday it arrived before 12 on the Wednesday air con all fixed and working fine again in time for our non existent summer! Top service and fantastic advice.

wow what a company was not sure what part i needed rang the number spoke to a chap named simon he told me the part and number i needed ordered it in my lunch break received it the next day at 2.30 the garage i use could not fit it for the next 8 days in the box was a leaflet advertising fitting and recharging called a chap from coolcar came out 2 days later fitted and recharged superb price £90 cheaper than my garage and he came to me result he even took his shoes off when he came in superb service all round

WORST COMPANY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, NOT WORTH ANY STARS. If you want cheap and cheerful with rapid delivery this is the company for you BUT pray nothing goes wrong because then you have to deal with the company owners no less, so you would expect exceptional customer service, ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE.
The condenser they supplied was incorrectly manufactured but this is not apparent until you try to fit it OR in my case paying to have it fitted by COOL CAR, that is the franchise owned by none other than the same owners of Autoairconparts. The websites are linked so once again beware because it doesn’t matter how good the franchise guys are, when a problem occurs you are dealing with the same people! OWNER 1 couldn’t guarantee any of his stock was any better so authorised the fitter to order a Hella unit as and I quote “you are the customer and you are the priority”. HOWEVER when OWNER 1 and OWNER 2 realised the unit was double the price of the unit he supplied they backtracked and REFUSED to honour this PROMISE. I have written proof, available on request.
My car was in bits from Sat May 27th and will not be repaired till Fri 9th June. Two weeks with no car and all the inconvenience incurred and THE OWNERS couldn’t care less.
So people, read those reviews on their website and you will see price and speed not customer service, there are plenty of other comparable suppliers out there.
I look forward to reading their response, will they post this as a testimonial on Cool Car? because if just one person reads this and doesn’t order a product or use their fitting service then it will have made this review worthwhile. All other media streams will be displaying the same review. To comply with the rules of this review site I am not allowed to name the OWNERS names hence OWNERS in bold. Please also be aware that AutoairCONparts ask you to leave a review on FB, yotpo etc but then control whether it s published or not hence all the good reviews. Simon gave great personal service, gave me exactly what I wanted and needed for my cherished BMW E60 M5 plus an introductory discount and extended discount terms for the BMW Car Club to boot and then recommended a mobile service to re-gas the system after I fitted the new condenser. Their service was also impeccable. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone, and already have through BMW Car Club.

Good quality part, great knowledge and support

I found it very easy to identify the right condenser for my car on the web site, and having ordered the item just before 5 pm I was pleasantly surprised that it was delivered early the following morning. It was very well packaged, and apart from some superficial scratching, seemed fine. It carries a 2 year warranty and the price was very competitive. I had no problems fitting it, and it's working fine. Overall I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
