Very pleased with the the service I…

Very pleased with the the service I received regarding my DPF the technician was thorough and knowledgeable. Although problem was not solved they found the problem and I will be booking my car with them again to fix the problem going forward. Great service.

Further to my review of this Company. Threats of court action!!!

Further to my review of this Company and "DPF Specialist". I have today received a letter threatening court action if I don't amend or remove my "One star review" (within 48 hours). I have also been instructed to "Cease and Desist" in sharing my negative personal experiences on social media etc. Also they don't like that I have written to the BBC "Watchdog" consumer affairs programme.

I am currently going down the "Consumer Credit Act" route as I paid using a credit card to attempt to receive some sort of refund.
Updates will follow.

Very Poor after sales

Before you use this group ensure you read right into them, I had a DPF that was dealt with efficiently with a great engineer however when the issue reoccurred the after sales was severely lacking and at times I felt I was dealing with a dodgy car dealer, the warranty they give isn’t worth the paper it is written on, it’s been a long time since I had that level of poor aftercare, issues with my DPF werent explained to me fully until I wanted/needed some aftercare, the little gadget they give you to read your Engine Management isn’t worth the money they it is either.I personally would never use or recommend them again, very poor company to deal with😡😡

Declan from Autoassist/DPF Specialist superb Just let down by Payment assist

Declan the engineer came when expected and was friendly, very professional and completed the repair. He took time to explain what the issue was and offered further solutions for the future. I would highly recommend them in the future.
However I was offered payment assist to spread the load of a big bill and agreed and paid my initial deposit, but decided not to proceed with the full quote as it was not needed (full service). I contacted payment assist vis email asking them to cancel the credit agreement and refund the outstanding balance but this an only be done from DPS so I contacted them KAV response was they would do it and ensure contract would be cancelled and refund issued. I am concerned that this may effect my credit rating/contract remains in place and no refund is received we shall wait and see?

Great service and friendly staff

Great service and friendly staff. After DPF got sorted I took the car down the road and to say it's a vast improvement on performance would be an understatement.
I will certainly be using this service again and recommending it to others

Brilliant DPF specialist - Highly recommended

Had a great experience with Lewis today. My car had several exhaust codes and was running poorly, but Lewis was very interactive and took the time to explain everything. After a thorough DPF clean and clearing the fault codes, the car feels brand new. Really appreciate the help! If you have DPF trouble, DPF Specialist and Lewis is the man to see!

Will now be looking to get a service through this company and any ongoing maintenance issues. Helps they are a land rover specialist too
