12/07/25 I paid for the order 56914.
24/07/25 the order still not received, so I emailed to the business. BTW - this is the only avaliable type of communication with them (no pnone number and no address). Dylan replied straight back to me saying that my order is on it's way.
30/07/25 I emailed Dylan again that I was still waiting for my order. He again replied straight back saying that they are happy to either refund me or they would send me another kit after being back from holiday 10/08/25. I agreed to wait.
12/08/25 I emailed the business again about my kit. This time - no reply from them at all.
15/08/25 - feeling absolutely frustrated I organised a refund through PayPal

I would not even give a star but have to in over 30 years of painting cars this stuff is absolute rubbish took over a week to arrive cans had paint thumb prints on them the paint went on so badly had to rub whole lot down and start again. Paint is so bad left finish worse than primer and sprayed loads huge splatters I don’t also believe the amount in cans is as stated I’ve messaged but had nothing back at all I can’t do a return on Amazon absolute conning company

Paint supplied was faulty (metallic part wasn't mixed properly). Promised to send another bottle and never did. Avoid.

Originally paid for express shipping which was tracked 24 hour delivery on a thursday it didn't turn up till the following Wednesday which when contacted received no reply. Now the colour doesnt match and still no communication.

First experience with company. Would recommend. Reasonable price. Easy to order. Quick delivery, packaged well on delivery.

Needed an alloy wheel touch up in black for my Maserati. Perfect colour match, couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

Very quick turnaround, I had issues at first with my parcel going missing. ( My fault for not checking the address) However Dylan was quick on the case to identify the issue and they even offered to reship me a new batch for the postage cost saving me an embarrassment 2nd purchase.

I cannot recommend these guys enough and I will definitely be using them again soon as I have a few more jobs to do and these guys stock the relevant paints required

The last paint ordered fromScooby's by paint code did not match. Two aerosols and separate brush in caps for two different vehicles, BMW mini and a BMW motorcycle. A complete waste of money.

I've bought some paint a while ago for a project. When I came round to do the job, the paint can wasn't pressurised so no paint came out. I've contacted Auto Car Paint with my issues and they have willingly supplied me with a replacement can despite the purchase done a few months back.

The colour match and finish was good!

Initially I was sent the wrong mix touch up stick but Dylan was quick to sort it out for me and sent the correct one which the wonderful guys at Royal Mail managed to lose so third times a charm and all was good

PAINT DID NOT EXACTLY MATCH TO MY 2013 HONDA CIVIC. CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND DYLAN WAS VERY HELPFULL AND WENT UP AND BEYOND TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.HE SENT ME ANOTHER CAN WITH SLIGHT COLOUR CHANGE. THIS TIME THE PAINT WAS ALMOST 90% MATCH AND AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS.I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET PAINT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Initially, I received the wrong paint code based on the website recommendation. However, once this was discussed with Dylan, he went above and beyond to rectify this issue and had the correct paint pot sent out to replace this.
The communication and follow up with this local company was excellent and I was never in doubt that they would resolve the problem.

Crap spray paint, colour match very bad and unable to optain a smooth finish as paint bubbles leaving a rough finnish

Edit / update. Initially the wrong colour was sent in error. I had some difficulty getting a reply to my complaint but eventually it was resolved and the correct colour arrived. The business trades under various names such as Scooby Paints, Gift Plaques UK Ltd, CarTouchUpSprayPaint, Autocarpaintuk

Amazing. a small family company that have the service levels that you wish you got from the big boys. They can't do enough for you, quick, friendly and the paint is something else. It's the best paint I've ever used, a perfect match for my 40 year old cortina. Amazing
