My purchase in October 2024 of an EV6 Demo was excellent. Rassmus was good to deal with and he gave me a fair trade for my 12 year old Caddy. All employees are very polite and friendly. My car was ready when promised and beautifully clean with a large red bow. I have recommended them to several people.
Yesterday I had my car in for its first service. I had to cancel another appointment to make the agreed time, but arrived early, but my car sat well beyond the agreed start time and was not ready when it was supposed to be finish, however the mechanic had time to take his lunch break before he would finish the job. I needed my car to drive my wife to a medical appointment, but had to wait for him to finish his lunch. I am not confident the work was done as promised, but have no way of checking .
To be fair, Brian recognised I was rather upset by the delay and gave me a small discount on the price.
I would give service 2-3 stars,

Our car broke down near Nykøbing-Falster. Autocentro had a full calender, buy still repaired our brakes the same day. They even did it during morning hours, saving our day. Nice people and a job well done at a fair price. I would award 6 stars if I could.

Excellent customer service.
Good communication and support with all the processes, available also in English.
Compared to car dealerships in the capital area, it is 100% better relations and customer friendly attitude.
Highly recommended place to buy a car in DK.

In October of 2022 I started looking at a bigger car to accommodate my growing family and decided to try the then new Sportage PHEV. Chose to fill out the form on the website to request a test drive and have them look at my old car for the possibility of a trade in.
The second day I got an email from Helene asking what would be a good time for me to meet for the test. As I couldn't take a day off work to go to Nykøbing, she kindly offered to drive the car to Rødbyhavn so I could drive it during my lunch break. After a short introduction of the car's features, both my wife and I had the chance to drive it and fall in love with it.
Helene then presented us with the options that they had in stock and we wanted a model that was better equipped, so she promised to look for one and come back to us. Long story short, she found a Sportage equipped with everything we wanted which was meant to be a showroom car. Three weeks later, we drove it home, instead.
Now, one year later, we still love the car and feel like it was a very good decision. Helene was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I already changed the wheels twice and had the first factory mandated maintenance done to the car at Autocentro Nykøbing Falster and everything went smoothly.
I highly recommend this place.

Dropped my car off on a monday, firstly was greeted with a very friendly service and customer service. The car was suppose to be done by Friday finished it on wednesday and did a great job. It looked like brand new, additionally, i rented a car from from them and my daily insurance payment was waived because it was so short. Great place would take my car back there anytime, and would highly recommend it.
