Excellent service! Insurer was low balling me; disallowed all my support docs on true car value. Pointless to even talk to them continuously. It was a pleasure to work with ACS! They negotiated a settlement with Allstate to return the loss on my vehicle back to its pre-loss condition. Initially Allstate wanted to settle my claim for $782, then $4,334, then $5,327.
I used my "right of Appraisal" per my insurance policy and engaged ACS to represent me to resolve my claim with Allstate. Allstate finally agreed to settle my claim for $11,938.38! In my opinion Allstate was trying to take unfair advantage of me as a policyholder. ACS made sure Allstate fixed my car the way it was supposed to be!
