When you've had a lorry drive into you, the last thing you then want to do is deal with insurance companies, getting quotes and organising a rental car for when yours is being repaired. Jake and the team were incredible and took care of everything. Initially, I was referred to them by BMW as an approved garage, so I didn't actually pick them but I am so glad BMW use this garage for their repairs.
The finish is absolutely flawless.
They even cleaned it inside and out, ready for pick up.
Great service, with updates along the way, flexibility for dropping off and picking up and just generally taking care of everything.

Took my car to Autocraft after damage by electric gate. The estimate was acceptable and my car is now in showroom condition, polished, valeted and perfect again. The staff were very efficient, ladies in reception were very helpful, friendly and great to deal with. I find the service provided by this company totally the best around. I actually now have a fully repaired car and would recommend them 100%.

Vw transporter in for front damage and bonnet refit and re spray.
From the outset I felt confident that my transporter was in good hands.
Booking process and pricing was quick,
Completion was 5 days, and I collected the van on day 5.
The front re spray was spot on, and the colour match was excellent.

The handover at both ends was very professional, the actual work took longer than I thought however the loan car was superb! My only concern was NSF wheel damage, since proven by their "before" picture, so my fault however I would have liked to have been informed of this at the time of collection, but absolutely no issue whatsoever!

Polite. Seamless. Lovely clean car when collected

My car had some scratches on the frontmost area of the rear door and front lower door handle (both) on the passenger side. I called my Nissan dealer and they recommended Autocraft in Shrewsbury.
I visited them the next day and got a (before VAT) qoute from them there and then. Despite a few delays not of their making I believe that credit is due because of the effort they made to get my car finished and back to me as soon as they could, looking like nothing had happened to it.
Lets face it, that is all anyone wants, and no problems with the people doing the repair. I would recommend Autocraft to anyone in the position I found myself in.
