Quick efficient, first glass job

An excellent job done to the highest level. My BMW was rear shunted that required a new bumper and other parts that could not be seen. I wanted to go to BMW but my insurance advised this company, other insurers would have filled up the damage. I couldn’t be happier with the finish of the work. I would always recommend this company for all body work.

Cannot praise this company enough. Excellent service from start to finish. Genuinely friendly, helpful staff who are a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is explained and makes life easy. Well done to all concerned.

Autocrat were faultless in their customer service. They were helpful and courteous. Judith in the office went above and beyond in her customer service. My repair was done quickly and professionally.

Had to wait a long time for my car to be repaired but this was due to third party insurer dragging their heels. When Autocraft got the go ahead for repairs they were carried out in good time and they have done an excellent job. I'm really pleased with the work they have carried out, it's like new. Car returned cleaned inside and out. Highly recommend.

Great staff an excellent work an car looks mint 👍🏻 will be using again I had bumper damage at rear of car from a woman parking her car in to the back of mine I also had sum rust on the boot an my rear badge was deteriorating as it was melt an for me to get just the boot dune was very cheap an that even replace my badge very excellent work at Telford branch

The vehicle was repaired to your usual high standard and now looks as good as new. Even when a small electrical fault appeared after I had collected the car it was dealt with without fuss the next day while I waited. Thank you.

The repair the Shrewsbury branch did on my vehicle was excellent.

She organised everything including a replacement car, and the whole experience was seamless and not a worry at all. The repair was first class with my brand new car looking splendid so a thank you to the bodycraft team.

Very professional from start to finish. The contact between Autocraft and ourselves as been first class.
We had a curtesy car, on the second day the on board computer said “replace key battery”. Rang Autocraft and within half hour they arrived and replaced the battery.
The finish is superb and cleaned inside and out. No hesitation in recommending this company.

I recently bought a BMW where the previous owner had fitted a body-kit. This was very "after market" and made the car look cheap. Jake at Shrewsbury pointed out that it was not an easy job as some elements had been bonded to the body panels.
However, they took the car in and in just a couple of days the awful kit was gone and the car looked like a proper BMW again. They even had to repair a split in the front bumper by plastic welding - the split probably caused by the horrible extension hitting a kerb.
