had a brilliant experience with autocraft, especially the lovely bloke tyler, and jake who assessed the damage after an uninsured driver damaged my door and quarter panel! they sorted my car out within a week, car had been cleaned inside and out aswell, quality of work is amazing and the way they treat customers is 10/10.

What an amazing experience I had with autocraft. They were really helpful throughout the whole time and were so quick at getting my car in whilst also making sure I had a courtesy car the same day. Kirsty was so lovely and kept me up to date with everything going on. Kareem did an amazing job with fixing my car which looks as good as new. I would definitely recommend!

After being rear ended and getting the run around I spoke to Jake and Tyler at the Shrewsbury branch who sorted everything out for me from start to finish including the repair all in under a week very happy with the finish and the extra clean car at the end thank you very much highly recommend them to anyone

Very fast with my repairs, no problems at all

Had an accident that wasn’t my fault and my car had a lot of damage. Autocraft recovered my car and arranged for a replacement the next day which was delivered to my home. Jake did all the paperwork for me which was a great help as never had an accident before this. I was updated about my car regarding how far he was with getting it repaired and what parts he was waiting for. Once it was repaired my car was returned back to my home in an excellent condition. I would thoroughly recommend Jake and his team to anyone who needs repair work carrying out.

I was involved in a non-fault accident and my vehicle sustained rear-end damage. This was the first time I have ever been involved in an accident and Autocraft were there to help immediately. My vehicle was repaired within less than two weeks and I was provided with a courtesy car arranged through Autocraft, provided on the same day as the accident.

Jake made the process easy and stress free and kept me updated throughout. He was professional, friendly and always available to answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend Jake and his team at the Shrewsbury branch for their great customer service.

I was referred to this garage via my car insurer. The work was completed to an excellent standard, and when I said I thought there was an issue, they arranged for the team to collect my car from my workplace and take back to the garage for an assessment. Friendly staff. Just wish they opened on weekends!

Front end damage by third party. Can't thank the office staff Kareem Kirsty and Mandy enough for looking after me keeping me updated and organising hire car etc... I was dreading sorting everything out and needn't have been I didn't have to worry about a thing all I had to do was drop the car off and pick it up after it was repaired (which was earlier than stated)...

EXCELLENT SERVICE. Only had to wait one week to get car in since initial visit. Stunning repair took only 2 days instead of 3 day estimate. Cost was very reasonable. Expected to pay more. Friendly, helpful, confident staff, always willing to have a friendly chat. Sorted out correct parts quickly. Repair 10 out of 10. Looks like new. Car cleaned inside and out. Very highly recommended.
