Had brilliant service from Autocraft after my car was damaged on a car park. Hannah and Kareem were efficient in sorting me a courtesy car and getting mine in to access the damage the next working day. I was kept up to date with the progress of my car, they managed to sort mine out in just over a week it had been fully cleaned inside and out aswell and looked brand new on collection. The quality of work is amazing and the way they treat customers is 10/10. Thank you so much Hannah, Kareem and the team at autocraft.

My car was taken to autocraft after being involved in an accident. This is the third time we have been to autocraft with our BMW vehicles, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Upon arrival my car was assessed and they kindly contacted enterprise to let them know I would need a car sooner than planned as my car was taken off the road. I then had to go away and make the arrangements to collect the car from enterprise.
I would like to thank Leighton in particular he was so professional and informative, everything I asked about the cars collection he had the answer for me, he told me to leave the courtesy car at Autocraft and he’d get it collected asap, saving my husband following me to enterprise to drop off. The transition of returning the courtesy car and collecting my car was made so much easier by Leightons professionalism. Thank you would highly recommend.

My car was involved in a non fault accident and my insurance company selected Autocraft as an authorised repairer. From the first point of contact with Kirsty to book my car in for repair, to dropping off my car and collecting a courtesy car from them. Updates along the way, and my car being ready for collection well within the time frame given. The actual repair and finish to the body work was outstanding. They cleaned the car and it was like the damage was never there. Five star service from all involved. Would recommend.

I’m not one for reviews if I’m honest. But Autocraft have been fantastic from the beginning to end. Keeping me updated and answering my emails super quickly. Excellent.

The staff are kind and efficient. Looks great on the locations that got repaired on my car due to an accident. Not sure their price level, as it was paid by my insurance company, but will definately recommend to get a quote from them considering their quality of workmanship.

I was involved in a car accident in February this year, outside the PRH in Telford where I was visiting my dad.
I took my car to Autocraft to be assessed by Kirsty, she was very polite and very helpful, sent the quote straight away.
While I was getting ready to sort the accident out , sadly my dad passed in march, I called Kirsty to explain and she was so empathetic and told me to take my time and when I was ready to come back and she would help me through the process again, I have now had my car done , and it is better than I thought , their work is exceptional, it was absolutely gleaming when I picked it up, it looked like new,
Kirsty made sure i was happy with it, which I was.
I would highly recommend Autocraft.

Known and dealt with Autocraft for many years going back to 1990’s when at St George’s.
They have grown this family business (started by Bob) impressively over the years and now both Matt and Darren his sons have taken to the next level.
State of the Art and impressive business.
I am now driving instructor so need car 6/7 days a week.
They carried out my repairs/respray while I was away on holiday and returned my car within the deadline we set and agreed.
Kirsty on reception is amazing so helpful, polite and accommodating.
Great to see their younger sons now learning the ropes to continue moving the business forward.

This is my second visit to Autocraft and on both occasions they have been fantastic. Brilliant customer service, all staff are smart and well presented in their staff uniforms. Kirsty on reception was so helpful and understanding of my needs. Quality of work superb and my car looking showroom standard again.

Very quick and efficient service. All the staff members we dealt with were really friendly and polite. Car looked amazing when we picked it up. All the paint actually matched the colour of the car, which isn't something you can say for other workshops.

The only slight niggle was that while the outside of the car was spotless, the inside hadn't been touched. This would have taken somebody 5 minutes to do.

Hopefully I will never need them again, but if I do I will have no hesitation in getting Autocraft to do the work.

I waited a couple of days after collecting my car following a fairly extensive accident repair before completing this review. The reason was because my first impressions were so good that I thought something must be wrong, but no, the repair has been carried out impeccably. Not only is the repair good, but the whole operation runs professionally with good communication throughout providing that feeling of confidence in the company. I highly recommend Autocraft Telford.

Tyler was very helpful. Booked car in after having a few nasty scraps. Come back looking like new cannot see where the damage had been. Would recommend Autocraft for a excellent job. Thank you Tyler.
