I was very impressed with the customer service and work carried out on my vehicle. I was given an estimated timescale and the job was completed on time. I always felt as the customer that my car was in ‘good hands’ , shout out to Tyler who assisted me initially and Jake and the team in providing a friendly, quality service, I would highly recommend this accident repair centre.

They were the most professional and friendly team I have dealt with. Jake and Tyler were great to deal with and kept you informed all the time. The car looked as if it had just come out of the showroom when I picked it up. I would certainly use them again over any other business in this sector.

The centre is easy to find and park, the office is well presented and comfortable. My car was repaired quickly and returned sparkling clean! Took my car to Autocraft after unfortunately hitting a deer in it. The staff were absolutely fantastic - lady in reception was super helpful and pleasant and the guy that looked over my car was lovely. The bonnet lid needed adjusting and I had a problem with the brake assist - all fixed within 24 hours at an extremely reasonable price. Would highly recommend Autocraft.

From the first time I contacted Autocraft I could see they were different to the norm in their customer service, just so focussed on getting the job done right and efficiently. Once Kareem Zaman took over and began to manage the insurer and take care of the repairs, I didn't need to spend my time on ensuring I got a great job done and the insurer managed.
Just excellent all round, obviously I hope I don't need to go back, but I will recommend Autocraft to any of my friends/family/colleagues who need repairs carried out.
I wish every time I did anything the service was as great as this. Thank you guys.

I could not be more impressed and pleased with the whole experience of dealing with Autocraft in Shrewsbury. From the initial assessment by Tyler of the damaged paintwork, the quick follow up quote from Jake and the resulting superb, repair job undertaken on our BMW just 3 days later.

The operatives that I had dealings with were 100%, they did all they could to help & were very considerate. The repair was finished on time & all help returning the Enterprise courtesy was given. A first class job was done.

My car has been in for repair with the guys at Autocraft in Shrewsbury, collected yesterday and the work is stunning! Absolutely impeccable, wouldn’t know anything had happened, absolutely over the moon.

After I got crashed into they was really helpful they hired me a hire car until they had a courtesy car for me. They were really fast with repairs being over one week. In the end car looks back to showroom condition. Very friendly staff. Ten out of ten from me.

Really friendly, competent receptionist, fully able to carry out an initial assessment recording the site of damage. All work was carried out to a very high standard. Also completed within the time as promised. I was warned that there might be delays if any parts required were dependant on availability and delivery. This was not the case and I was kept fully informed. Autocraft was recommended to me and I am so pleased that I used their services. As final point, the car was spotless, cleaned to a high standard,including wheels.
