All good overall — the repairs were done well and my car runs smoothly. The only downside was that I wasn’t kept in the loop about when the work was finished, which was a bit frustrating. Otherwise, a reliable service.

Went in for some damage to my cars paintwork along the inside of the door panel. The car has a matte paint finish, which is notoriously hard to fix.

They did a great job and you'd never know it was done. It's expensive but for the facilities they have and the experience it's hard to argue either way. Customer service was nice.

I can't speak to anything other than my cars specifics so if you have damage to matte/satin car paint I would take it here again as most bodyshops just say no or won't bother replying.

From walking into Autocraft for an estimate, to then collecting my vehicle after the repair, Kirsty and Mandy were very helpful and kept me informed all the way.

Attentive and always helpful, everyone at Autocraft seems to take great pride in their work and go above and beyond for their customers. They have done an excellent job on my wife’s mini and reminded me yet again why I insisted that my insurance company permit me to use them.

I could mention several people by name who are worthy of praise as they are all great, but I would specifically like to thank Kirsty in reception for her consistently friendly, welcoming persona and sense of humour. She really is a shining light and provides customers with a great first impression of the company.

Also, I’d like to give a huge thank you to Steve in the workshop who did an amazing job and was so obliging for agreeing to refit the car with several different parts when the vehicle was undertaking its rebuild. This saved me the job of having to do them all myself once the car had been collected.

I always recommend Autocraft to people I meet and would have no hesitation in appointing them again to repair any of the family’s cars in the future.

Constant excuses, no communication, poor attitude. 5 times I've been told "we're waiting for supplies" or "wrong supplies delivered"

My car went in for bodywork and the whole experience was extremely professional from start to finish. When I first went into Autocraft to hand over my keys, I was greeted by a young lad called Leighton, who was very professional and took the time to explain the whole process clearly.

When I picked my car up, it looked absolutely brand new and had been fully valeted—just like when I first bought it. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you, Autocraft!

This was great as I didn’t have to do anything. They sorted all the paperwork .
They even delivered my cat when the work was completed .

Booked my Vauxhall Corsa in for some bodywork and repairs, great help and service from Kareem, Kirsty and Leighton. Car came back as good as new in showroom condition.

Excellent from start to finish, autocraft have had my Porsche in twice now, first for a complete re spray, then to repair on the front lower spoiler which I damaged, both times it was no problem, Kareem is a top lad and Kirsty and the rest of the team have been brilliant , I have no problem with recommending the autocraft

I was recommended Kirsty from AutoCraft, I went in and met her and raising concerns about my vehicle that had been hit by a third party. Kirsty was reassuring and knowledgeable about how to approach the situation. My car was soon booked in and the work completed a week later, Kirsty had arrange for myself to have a curtsey car so I didn’t have to do anything bar drop my car off and pick it up. Smooth, easy stress free. Highly recommend Kirsty & the auto craft team.

Jake Hodnett delt with my car , apart from being a lovely man easy to deal with it was a fabulous service I didn’t worry about a thing ,he sorted a car from Enterprise the same day. Organised my insurance and delt with the other party so I had no contact with any insurance I will always go to Jake in the future.

They contacted me promptly to arrange for my car to go in for repair, offered flexible drop off times and when I arrived they were very helpful and reassuring. They kept me informed of any issues at every stage. The work completed to my car was excellent - the car had been cleaned and valeted so it was like new!
