We get leads at times that don't qualify with our financing. The upside is that ACE has done well with refunds and the rep I deal with does a good job working with me on these issues and other problems that may arise.

I have worked with CPS and Brad for many years. Brad has all ways been great. A professional who knows his business. Lead quality is high and the CRM (Lot Pro) is very functional.

I have been working with Auto Credit Express for about 4 months now, with their credit challenged leads. We just got off of a BK Mailer with them which turned out to be very profitable. Mike L, and Ben G, are great guys to work with, and we are looking to do another mailer NOW.

The leads themselves are as expected, but the process of submitting for credits, and, getting credited on bad leads lack a sense of urgency. The communication between the lead provider and the dealer needs to get better.

Tim and others in ACE have great customer service. The leads have been coming from reliable sources and if there is ever an issue it is addressed and resolved immediately. 5 stars !

A little expensive for what they are, I wish they could subtlety put out a little money down is required or that payments of 200 per month are non existent... But I know that's impossible haha but in all seriousness, they need to make the leads easier to return.

All of the lead sources are basically the same and if you have been doing this for a while you understand that sub prime is sub prime and you aren't going to change that.

When ever I need something or advice on things they are very prompt in getting back to me. Powerful program that works. Our dept. started out selling 10-15 units a month before we started using ACE. In short order we grew the dept. to selling in excess of 100 units a month. I have tried mail, advertising, email campaigns and many other ways to generate leads and ACE is by far the best investment and best ROI that I have come across.

Norah and everyone at Auto Credit Express works very had to make sure any need is taken care of and go above and beyond to make sure we deliver as many cars as we can from the leads.

The leads have been far better than any other resource we've used so far. Better contact and sold ratio based on competitors. Our local rep is great about helping to return leads that are strictly looking for a "finance company" versus an auto purchase. I have been very happy with the results so far - the sold units more than pay for the service!

Utilizing their BDC to manage my leads and setting up appointments, so far our closing ratio on appointments showed are 60%, that deserves a 5 star!
