We have been using ACE for sub-prime auto finance leads for quite some time now, and they have always been one of our better sources, in terms of close rates. In some markets, the volume can be quite challenging, but overall a consistent and quality lead source. Tom, our account manager, has always been great and quickly addresses any/all concerns we have.

Easy two use. One stop for notes, follow ups, etc.

I have been using ACE Leads for 3 months now. I am satisfied with the return for the money. I do deliver about 1 out of ever 15 leads produced by ACE. We are making money on our investment

As the Director of the Summit Place Auto Group I have tried all types of lead company's the problem I was running into was that I was told we were the only one's getting the lead, but upon talking with the customer they have been sent to 2-3 different dealers. If you have a good sub-prime dept. and are not using Auto Credit Express, you are losing deal's. They are a honest company and you truly get what you pay for. Call me if you have any questions. As the Account Coordinator from WhatCounts for the Auto Credit Express account, I work with Dan Shevnock and Jessica Scott on a weekly basis. I assist with reviewing their reporting for their campaigns, discuss ideas to improve their email marketing program, and help with support questions. I've been working with Auto Credit Express for a VERY long time and have always valued our relationship. They have been an excellent partnership that is not only valued by myself but our entire team. I have been doing business with your company now for the last 8 years off and on and have for the most part all has been well. I have been dealing with Brad Tuchowski and he has always been good about assisting me with what every we are needing to try and accomplish the best possible result. The only issues or patterns I have seen is the lead quality from time to time is seems to vary. I have been very involved with working the leads myself along with having other people in the sales department work the leads to see what is coming in at all times. It would be nice to see the LotPro tool improve as far as ability to set up future follow up tasks and things of that nature. This will help us to better manage our leads and maximize our results. That's the main thing that stands out in my mind at this time that should be improved sooner than later. I think a lot of dealers will benefit from an improvement with this CRM tool and will improve a lot of dealerships closing ratios so opportunities don't slip through the crack.
