2 day shipping is a rip off
Ordered and paid for 2 day shipping, expected it this morning at the latest. Found out it will not arrive until tomorrow afternoon. Had to request a tracking number (you will not automatically get one) also read fine print...no guarantees on the shipping! This is costing my company money! I requested a refund for the expedited shipping but was told this will not happen. I recommend ordering from elsewhere!!! Do not do 2 day shipping unless you can wait 3-4 days for your item.

BEA remote wireless retrofit kit
Purchased a BEA wireless door opener retrofit kit (433MHZ) that came with receiver/controller and 1 transmitter plus got a second transmitter, 1 inside 1 outside. The 300Mhz BEA'a are obsolete and this retrofit just dropped in and worked, saved a lot of time.
That worked so well I'm buying 2 kits this time.

My order got duplicated. I didn't realize I had an account. Filled out the information. It warned me that I had an account. Once I logged in, I went through the order process again, but the order had already been placed.
