Inadequate office

Inadequate office, inadequate service, inadequate technical customer support.
In January 2020, he booked a car for a trip to Munich and immediately made 100% prepayment. It is impossible to make a reservation any other way. Due to the coronavirus situation, they had to cancel the reservation 48 hours in advance and were fined 120 euros out of 173 euros previously paid. The 53 euros difference was not returned until May 2020, 2 months later.
But the most interesting thing is that together with the refund of the difference they recharged my credit card with the full amount of the rent, actually stealing money from my account.
On numerous complaints and claims by e-mail write incomprehensible reprimands such as your application is processed, the money is returned, by phone the same. They accuse me of providing them with false information, but refuse to check anything.
It's the first time I've come across such outright swindlers, I'll go to the German police to steal money from my account and to court.
I'd advise you to bypass them.

Eventually cost us triple price to book…

Eventually cost us triple price to book car through Autoeuropa as our flight was 3,5 hours late. Even though I called both the car rental directly and Autoeuropa 10 hours before arrival and told them, that we were delayed, we had to pay for new car and no refund. On top of that we had to pay double insurance due to lack of coordination between Autoeuropa and the rental company. Will never use again.

Lucky to even receive a 1 star rating

Lucky to even receive a 1 star rating. Was charged for picking up a car later than forecast, when the time I picked up the car was within the car hire period. Outraged by the payment (which was more than the days car hire) I had to reluctantly pay to get to the wedding I was going to. All seems a bit of a scam to offset the low price of the initial hire.... be careful if willing to use.

Customer service was equally as frustrating when trying to resolve the issue.

Auto Europe fail to notify the customer…

Auto Europe fail to notify the customer at time of booking what times car Wiz shut and only state there will be a late fee charged if pick up is after hours from a selection of airports. My original booked time of pick up was 10pm but after a late flight arrived at 23:01 to be charged £45 by car Wiz for being late by 1 minute. Auto Europe states on the paperwork at carwiz is open all day. Regardless of the fact that I was late we would have still been charged a late fee on my original time of collection as they such at 9pm but once again auto Europe state on the paperwork they are open all day. Be wear of this company it feels like a con to make quick money out of you at the airport. The car I was given had alot more damage on it then first written down on the rental agreement. To which I was told don't worry we only look for the deep stuff. Umm no as another customer was being charged for a small underside mark. I would not recommend this company they seem like sharks

Recived a much smaller car than agreed.

Car rental in Athens 1.07 - 16-07 2016. There were no cars available from Enterprise/Autoeupa in the airport. Waited in cue for more than two ours. Had ordered a BMW 116. Got at last a Zusuki Jimmy, the only car left. Have mailed Autoeropa more than 4 times during the summer. Got mailanswers from 4 different member of the staff/Aotoeuropa and were promissed answers and the full amount of mony in difference between hiering af small car ( Susuki ) and a middel car BMW 116. Still no answer and no money 3.08.2016. It is not fair. I will kep on trying.
