I booked/reserved a Toyota RAV 4 for my recent visit to New Zealand, but when arriving, i was informed that no vehicles of this make were available and was given a Toyota Yaris Cross.
The customer service representative said he will give me a refund or discount due to this so am wanting to see how this is progressing?
