It appeared that I had booked with you…
It appeared that I had booked with you - and then I received an email from a third party car rental company requesting payment. I had already given Autoeurope my credit card payment details, so it was very concerning. When I called your support line - the call handler spoke to me in a very condescending manner. I felt belittled and unheard. She sent an alternative car at a higher price. I normally use Autoeurope all the time, but this was a dissappointing experience. I'm providing this feedback to help.
