I am sorry to say it took Emilia 25 minutes to answer my question about the confusing message on your offer about a special Gold rate offer with 3 drivers an a tank of fuel against the text a little lower witch says 'full to full' policy.
Finally She told me that the offer/ gold rate is the deal. And there is no 'one way' fee. Thank You.
They may seem cheap, but they're gonna cost you more
I rented a car from them for my girlfriend as the driver and I payed with my credit card (we only have one credit card and it's in my name). The rental company is Dollar. When we got to the rental place, the guy was very rude to us and kept screaming at us that the driver's name and the credit card name must be the same. We did not know that. Anyway, we asked him to put it under my name, we had all the documents to prove that it was our reservation, we were both there with passports and everything, but he refused to put it under my name and add an additional driver (my girlfriend). He refused to give us the car and then pushed us away (like, literally pushed us aside).
Anyway, after that incident I called the website because at least I wanted my money back. The website said that in case of cancelation I have to pay a fee of 120 eur. However, that is not fair, since I did not cancel. Given that I payed 280 eur for the car and I choose their website because they have cheap prices, you can imagine I cannot afford to just lose 120 eur like that.
So, I insisted that it is not fair and that I want all my money back. I told them that all of this seems like a scam, because they allowed me to book the car, but I could not rent it. They would get their 120 eur and I would be left without a car and without all my money. They did not provide any service and did not hep me at all.
I went back to the website, took snapshots up until I had to fill in my data. There was no mention of that rule. Maybe it is somewhere in the terms and conditions, but how can such an important thing, that would cost me nearly half the rental price, not be mentioned more clear or as as warning somehow?!
Anyway, I kept bugging them on Facebook that they should be giving me my money back. Today, they just blocked me and I received 0 money back.
This website should not even exist. these are the worst services I've ever experienced from a company EVER.

Worst customer service ever
Until last Friday everything was good,
I had around 30 bookings and everything was fine.
But now I will cancel my future bookings.
I found a cheaper price for exactly the same booking, sent e-mail with screen capture of all details for the price difference compensation under 'Best Price Guarantee'.
As a result:
- was asked to deal with web selfservice which has no such option
- was asked for screen capture which was completely ignored
- only a few days later Rita informed me (at my demand) that she didn't do anything (surely prices were waiting)
- there are no comments were provided for such a behaviour, all my later communications were completely ignored.
Such a good service so easy broken by a wrong person in place.
Person which is lazy to open a browser to check an alternative deal.
Are they really trust to a screen capture which can be easy modified???
