Unlike two other companies I called they (John) actually listened to the description of our model version that had no items to recalibrate and so was 1/3 of their provisional estimated cost
They repaired it next day at their Huntingdon depot and gave great customer service.

My insurers referred my windscreen claim to this company for a windscreen replacement. They took payment of my excess in advance and referred my claim on to a glazing company that did a really poor job. They fitted my windscreen in the rain soaking my car, the technicians lied and windscreen they fitted is faults and hasn't been rectified months afterwards despite requests. I would not recommend using this company.
