Incorrect amount charged - no refund
Overcharged by 80chf at Geneva airport. Staff unable to reverse/refund (or apologies). Spoke with manager who shook my and & assured me I'd receive an email the next day & the incorrect charge would be refunded. Two weeks later & a chasing email still no response. Dreadful service, zero apology for their own errors, no contact when promised & advise you check amount being charged before making payment.
