The whole team at autoheaven was great! Polite,courteous and honest.
They quoted me over the phone and honored the quote when the tow truck arrived.
A special kudos to the driver Simon who had to do some tricky maneuveres to get into the laneway and who diligently managed to get my car running to move it and load it.
I have used another scrapping service before but would highly recommend AutoHeaven over any competitor.Great job everyone👏👏

Used AutoHeaven today and I’m super satisfied. Have never used a service like this before and they made it Suomi easy and simple. Simon was on time and kind explained the process to me. Although I didn’t have everything in order, he was understanding that I didn’t 100% know what I was doing lol. I really appreciated the service and would use again! Would highly recommend :)

Simon picked-up when he said he would and was courteous and professional. I was happy do deal with him.

My experience was very similar to another reviewer. Booked an apt to have my car picked-up between 6-9pm. I got a call at 7:51pm that he was on another pick-up and would be a bit late. He showed up at 10:30 PM. I was offered $500 on the phone and after looking at my Cat Converter they offered me $200. I read the response from Dan to the other reviewer - and no one offered me a second price if my Cat was not original when I called for the quote. If you had told me, I wouldn't feel hustled. I am not a mechanic, I never changed my Cat Converter. I have owned my car 5 years and she is 23 yo. The tow truck was in my yard, it was10:30 pm and I needed my car gone and you dropped the pay out by $300. I will NOT recommend you because I think this is unprofessional practice.

UPDATE: I read your response and stand by my 1 star rating. You never responded to the fact that your driver showed up 1.5 hrs late! If you frequently do not pick up the cars you promise to, that is poor business practice and it disappoints customers. My car was picked up the next morning by a local scrapper who paid me the $400 he promised me sight and Cat Converter unseen!
