Great experience!
At first, I didn't know if this website was to be to trusted but I'm glad I gave it a go. I had been searching for a car for weeks and Autohero had all the ones I was looking for, at the best prices too. When I finally decided to buy one, the process went very smoothly and well, and I received it yesterday in great condition! Nice overall experience
Nice overall experience, i bought a Skoda for a good price. In 3 weeks i had the car including the time for financing approval. So in my opinion it went fast enough.

Great Service Great Car
I was concerned about buying a car when I hadn't seen it or test driven it, but dealing with Autohero was easy and efficient. They gave me assurance that I could return the car if not 100% satisfied.
Once we had selected the car the process was straight forward and happened quickly. The car was delivered on the agreed day and we are really happy with it. I would recommend Autohero for getting a good deal on a car and a hassle free purchase process.

Very good option in buying a car
I bought a second hand car with Auto Hero Belgium. First I called to enquire about the two certain cars and they helped me very much. I ordered my car on 28 December 2021 and they delivered it on the 3rd of January 2022. The car was in very good shape and the very clean. The driver was also very nice and he explained everything clearly to us. A few days later they called me to ask if all was ok with the car, which l found very very nice. I was sceptical about buying a car online at first but I really really recommend them

Met the expectations. Good customer service. Replied to questions, delivered on time and checked back if the car is OK. Didn't have that from a 'normal' garage last time I bought a second hand car.
First time I'm ordering a car on the internet and the experience was excellent.

Don’t trust the negative reviews
At first I was doubting to buy a car at Autohero by the reviews I read and by the fact that you can’t see the car before buying it. I did buy a car after all, I had very lovely people that called me almost every 2-3 days to keep me posted about the car! I knew when he was about to be checked, I knew when the car was going to the technical control, and delivery was super fast! I found out that almost all reviews I read were from people that Haven’t bought a car at Autohero, so don’t believe everything you read. In my opinion, I had excellent contact and an excellent car!
