Estella from customer support was incredibly helpful. I had issues with the audio playing out of sync on my Tbox UHD. She sent me a file that re-configured my box and as soon as it rebooted it fixed my issue. Her support was fast and effective, I am very satisfied with this purchase :)

I had a problem with my box it didn't start anymore so I turned to customer service my contact person was Estella she helped me with everything and sent me instructions how to do something to make the box work again and it worked I am very satisfied with the customer support!

CarLinkKit Product bought on Amazon. Package came well and the instructions are clear, you search for YouTube you will get a lot of videos on how to connect and so on. But Updating the firmware I had some difficulties, from the site when you download it takes me to version in 2023. And it was getting stuck to update the firmware. So after a little research found out for the latest version you have to send the email to the Support team from there you can update the firmware using Offline Method. Even after updating I had difficulties with connection and loading. At the end it was a simple thing as the cable which came with the device in the box was a faulty one. So I changed the cable and now it is working fine. Throughout the time the support team ( Coco) was there giving advice.

When i placed an order i got a message Saying the product I ordered was out of stock. I let it go but after some time I started to worry. In my case Nikki was the one helping me. Providing information and reassuring the package was already being shipped and if it would not arrive Autokitcarplay would come with a solution. Great service, patience and communication. Unfortunately support is not quite good. After advising me to change some settings, I could not connect anymore to Android Auto!
Then I has been informed that my device has become faulty, and that I need to buy a new one!
I am hereby asking for a complete refund, please.
